DO NOT use this company! They falsely advertise a 24 hour turn around time on your service.

Orbit Translation failed to deliver documents, failed to answer customer service line, failed to answer multiple emails. As a result, I had to go with a different company. I then had to dispute them through my bank to get my money back. Essentially they are not reliable.

Horrible experience, I was supposed to receive a translation for a visa appointment within 24 hours. No response by that time, no one responded to chat requests, no one answered their phone and no one responded to email. I had to go with a last minute service which was more expensive. DO NOT use these guys if you need something quickly OR dependably.

I placed an order to be delivered in 12 hours. At first, they contacted me because the documents were not uploaded properly. I was impressed on how quickly they were going to start working on it. The next day order was delivered, but one of the documents was incorrect because the date of birth was completely wrong. I emailed them, so they could fix it, and never heard from them. I called several times, but it kept ringing and nobody answered. Do not send your documents to them. Do not recommend.

I also recently placed an order from them. They promised delivery time of 24-36 hours. To date, no translations have been received. Tried calling several times, sent several emails, but received one automated response saying they were delayed in responding due to high volume of messages, and sent an email with the title URGENT, but nothing.
Since I paid via PayPal, I opened a case and hope to get my money back.

Scam company, not real, don’t waste your money. If you get scammed too, try using PayPal, they may be able to help

As with many other here, I recently placed an order with them to receive nothing after over a week of waiting. Promised delivery time is 3-4 business days. Nobody is on their phonelines, nobody answering emails. Now I am very behind in putting in an important application and down over 100 dollars.

The company seems to have been legitimate before 2024, but all signs seem to be pointing to this being a defunct company or turned into a scam. Please do not send them your documents.

I gave them 4 days to translate a document and 3 days for a 2nd document. After 5 days no transudations were received. Tried calling several times, no one answers. Sent a few emails but got one automatic response saying they have delay in response due to volume and to send an email with URGENT in title. I tried that and still n response. Now I am fighting to get a refund. Definitely I would not recommend then to anyone.

Absolutely horrible. Never got my translation. Customer service is impossible to reach.

Would give no stars if possible. They take your money and do not give you your product. Impossible to reach customer support. All around horrible business.

Scam, do not send them any money.

I paid for a service that was never delivered. Do not waste your time and money, it's a scam. Just wasted $40 but hopefully my credit card company will resolve this dispute and get my money back

I ordered a translation service for a simple 1 page short document. I paid for the service $19.95 and was promised 24hr turnaround. It has been 3 days now and after multiple phone calls and emails, no response whatsoever. I have decided to go with RushTranslate.com, although slightly higher pricing at $24.95, but they gave me my document correctly translated in 12 hours. Orbit Translation is a terrible company and wasted my time. I am now with my bank trying to get a refund because they don't even respond to me or provided the promised service/product.
