Was discussing with customer services. There were no signature and a name of translator on the final certificate of translation. When requested correction, no response.

Can confirm - this company is a scam.

Did not receive the documents, which were mildly sensitive in nature.

Called customer service and they asked me for further information that was sensitive.

DO. NOT. USE.

Didn't provide the translation.

Requested sensitive information during the call to resolve the issue (checking bank account number) and hanged up when I asked why as I paid with credit card.

Potentially fraud but also scam. Beware.

Be warned, safe time and trouble, donʻt use them. They donʻt deliver and donʻt respond after payment.

I was in a rush and I didnʻt checked their Online reviews. First red flag was that you canʻt use their Online Checkout to place an order because
Stripe wouldnʻt allow live transactions for their account, so they ask you to get a quote.
Their Quote respond comes fast with payment link and guaranteed delivery time. Nothing got delivered, no response at all on refund requests, etc.
Disputing charge now with Payment Company because of non delivery. They are a Fraud be aware!

Never and ever again I will use this service. They are not responsive. They don't return your email, and don't deliver the service as they promise. Their quality of work is terrible. DON'T USE THIS ORBIT TRANSLATION, YOUR MONEY AND TIME WILL BE WASTED.

I received a quote. Paid the service. Never received anything. Tried to call, number not working.
Tried their online chat, no one is available. All their e-mails are just a automated response.
This place needs to be reported and sued.

Complete Scammers guys. Please do not buy. Lost $600. Suing them.

I just concerned about the all information they are collected from those documents.

These people are SCAMMERS! DO NOT do business with them whatsoever. They charged my card TWICE for a translation service I never received. I reported them to the BBB where they have an F grade. If anyone in the Houston area knows a translator named Sherryl Barrios report her to the police IMMEDIATELY because she and everyone behind this sham company is a THIEF and deserve to be in jail for all the money they’ve has stolen from good people. DISGUSTING

THEY ARE JUST SCAMMER! DO NOT EVEN TRY TO WORK WITH THEM. I'm a collage student and I needed to translate my previous collage course description. They've promised me that they will complete my order by June 28th. I paid for it. Since then they don't respond any email. I paid them $780 so be careful who you work with...

It is a scam. The number is disconnected and they charge you and never reply or send anything. Their ATA certification is also fake, there is no record of them

I think this website is a scam. I requested a quote to translate some documents, they got back to me a quote , I paid and got a receipt. After that, they don’t reply to emails and their customer service phone is disconnected! I paid around $140. Don’t use them!!

Received a quote quickly and reasonably priced. Promised a guaranteed time and that was nearly 2 days ago and I still haven't received the translation for my client. Initially I was told about 10 hours after my quoted time that the translation was completed and I would have it soon. I don't and haven't received any response from them since. I paid for services never rendered. They promise money back guarantee and never deliver or communicate.
