I had medical bills from Mexico that needed to be translated into English before submitting for reimbursement. After they reviewed my documents, I received a quote of roughly $190 to complete within 48 hours. 60 hours later I contacted them and was told that they would look into it. 60 more hours later I asked for an update. Nothing. I ended up using an AI app and translating it myself. I asked several times for a refund, but no response at all.

On December 9th, I paid $94 to translate some academic documents. Today, February 21st. , I have not had a response. I have told other people to help me by writing. In one occasion I and another of the people I asked for help were told that the documents were on the way, but absolutely nothing happens, they did not send me the documents, nor is there a response when I request my money refund.
I still have the payment supports.THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

This is a fake company. I am a translator and they did not pay me for translation. Previopsly I worked with them many years and everything was perfect. The problem appeared in July. Do not use this company, I am sure the owners dissappeared with all money they have.

This is a SCAM!! They will take your money and not send you anything nor reply to emails after you have paid. They were communicating fine with me until i submitted the payment, then they dissapeared from the face of the earth. Their customer service number is disconnected.

They are a scam, DO NOT USE THEM! They pretend to be a service, take your money, and then shut down and never produce service. I am filing a police report against them for theft. Stay FAR away.

I am a translator in the orbit translation, I have been requesting my translation fee for almost a year but nobody is replying to my emails. I guess they will not pay, so don't trust them.

TERRIBLE, sent the money on a Monday and on a Friday still got nothing and their number doesn’t work, none of my emails got answered, and I even directly emailed staff members and got nothing back even after a week. Had to get a refund from paypal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I used them about a year ago to translate some documents from Spanish to English {I could have perfectly done it myself, but NEEDED a Professional Notary Service along with a Certified Translation}. I had no problems @ that time. Now a year later, I needed the same thing with Birth & Death Certificates... This time I ordered and Paid with my debit Card in June 2024; and after INNUMERABLE EMAILS & PHONE CALLS {Now there's a recording the # has been cancelled}, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING! Because it was a Debit Card, I couldn't do anything... I'M OUT $120 HARD EARNED DLS!

As others, I lost my money, time and sensitive information. I’m trying to advised someone in the government in order to block this web page.

I am not a competitor with false statements. I am a real person who did not get anything from you. If you do not have anything from my application or information, it is because you are the fake ones.

Ordered a document, they told me on the next day that the document will be within 2 hours, after that - no answer.
Phone is not working, online chat as well.
Good thing that you pay through PayPal and I've requested a refund for that.

It's a scam. I paid for some translations and waited a month and nothing came. I asked for a refund but nothing at all. 1 month ago also. Order number 27671

SCAM They take your sensitive information and give no replies or translations. I disputed the charge 4 days after I sent them foreign birth certificates to translate. Dumb move as I usually look up places first but the misleading web search showed high fake ratings. No reply by email and I really knew it was as scam when I attempted to call the 800 numbers both fax and voice and they both said number canceled.

no translation, no refund, and a massive waste of time. They always say it is a matter of hours or days... but it is now 2 months.
This service is a complete scam.

Same as everyone else... they said 24 hr delivery upon confirmation. Got confirmation email. Then 2 weeks went by, nothing. Emailed them 3 days ago. No response. Went to my credit card and had them dispute it to get my money back. Reminds me to check reviews before using any service...

They quoted translation within 48-60 hours. It's been 125 hours, and I have no documents, no response to my emails, no response to chat, and when I tried calling the phone number it says that the phone number has been canceled.
And it's not a matter of being busy: they responded to the email to provide a free quote within hours. They even got back to me a second time very quickly to answer the question of if they could translate a document that had 2 different languages on it. But after I paid for the service, no response and no service.
I will change/update my review if and when they do respond or provide my documents.

Very slow to respond in email and the toll free number listed is not in use. So, do not bother to call. You would get "The number you dialed has been canceled"

Great company with very decent prices. I have done many documents through them , everything was done fast, orginized with great communications. I tried many different certified translation companies and nothing was comparable. I also found that Orbitz is the most affordable nowadays. Great job! thank you !

It's really fraud. This company should be closed and their license should be canceled.
