I requested a quote by sending my document. I received the quote with a direct link for the payment of my particular order. I followed the link for the payment and my order was in place. Next day I received my translation. Everything was so smooth.

With no notification that the translation couldn't be completed on time or that the office is out I haven't gotten it in several days after ordering it. I'm disputing with my credit card. I'm not sure if they don't have the infrastructure to notify when they can't complete an order. The office couldn't be called or emailed. I'd stay away.

CAUTION!! I paid more thank 1k on Jan 5th, for 8 documents, they haven't responded my 10+ emails, they don't respond the website chat. I don't know if this is a SCAM, but caution with this company, it's been more than 10 days, and nothing. I should have read the reviews.

This is a great translation service. Staff responded promptly and I got my certified translation in 24 hours. I couldn't recommend a better service to work with.

SCAM. Uploaded and paid in full. Their 'guarantee' of 24 hr service is a fraud. I SENT A SIMPLE DEATH CERTIFICATE OF ONE PAGE - IT'S BEEN 5 DAYS AND NOTHING. All excuses from them. I requested a refund and have heard NOTHING. I am pursuing a complaint thru the Attorney Generals office. AVOID.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Please dont fall into the trap of the great pricing, its a complete scam. Its funny how their communication is excellent until you pay them and then theres virtually no communication. I had a large order of 17 pages to translate and paid over 300usd to these scammers... they said it would be ready in 4-5 days and now it is over two weeks later and NOTHING!! I am convinced the 5 star reviews are fakes from people working in the company to get their rating up. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY!

No translation, no communication. Don't use them.

We ordered a translation for five documents. The expectation was that we'd receive the digital translations within the given 2-3 day timeframe, and the mailed documents a few days after. However, as of the writing of the review, we have received no communication from the company as to what might be causing a delay in our order. While at the time we ordered, the documents were not time-sensitive. However, at this point, we need the translated documents as soon as possible, as we are nearing a deadline. It is my hope that a representative of the company can get in touch with us soon.
