GREAT ALL ROUND EXPERIENCE
The tree was a competitive price and when it arrived we were delighted with the size and having ordered a multi stemmed tree were pleased with the 4-5 stems. The pre delivery email contact was good and the on the day delivery info accurate. We would use the company again and would feel confident in recommending them to friends.

The tree arrived in the time scale…
The tree arrived in the time scale predicted.
It’s a nice tree, however, I’m told it was a bit damaged on the top (it was a gift so wasn’t delivered to me)
My friend wasn’t too concerned about the damage, thinks it’ll be fine but says it was probably due to rough handling by the delivery company, maybe it had been upside down at some point.

To be fair my order was for an 80th…
To be fair my order was for an 80th birthday present I didn't notice the delivery time 1 to 3weeks usually 3days most places they took 2 weeks to arrive 4 days after the birthday so I had to buy another present, was bit disappointed that both standard variegated cotoneaster had a lot of dead dry leaves on them and the packing boxes had a lot in them a bit of time to tidy them up would have made them more presentable it took me 2hrs to sort them out and they looked fine when done and my sister was over the moon with them they were very well packed , I would order from them again noing the delayed postage, it's just unfortunate my sisters birthday was in the middle of a heat wave

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry that the trees did not arrive in time for the birthday.
As noted, our despatch times are provided on our website and in our order acknowledgements. We also have a notes field where special delivery instructions can be added, and we will always do our best to accommodate these wherever possible.
During transit in warmer weather, the box can create a humid environment that the tree is not accustomed to, which can sometimes cause the foliage to dry. We are pleased to hear that the trees have recovered and are doing well.
If you or your sister require any further gardening advice or aftercare guidance, please do contact our team, who will be happy to help.
