I love this company
I love this company, the website is super simple to navigate and use to place an order. A great choice of japanese acers to choose from and customer services has been fantastic, quick to repsond very polite and are based in England, where so many centres are based in other countries and i can never understand what they are saying. I have already bought a couple of trees and will be back for more. Just wish i had a bigger garden. Thank you very much

Just received my 5th tree from ornamental trees. As a result of previous orders I trusted them to deliver a good specimen and it's certainly that. A gorgeous little crab apple for front of house. I had several emails with the great customer service team about the order -they were really helpful and the dispatch team clearly ensured I got a lovely specimen. In the past when I have had concerns about older trees from them the growers have been most helpul too. A great organisation who care about their trees and provide ornamental trees at a very reasonable price!

Thank you for sending my replacement…
Thank you for sending my replacement Magnolia tree as promised earlier this year. I am very pleased with it, it looks really healthy and ready to go into it’s new home, the original one which had sadly been mislabelled and was a variety that was too large for my garden is growing well too in my daughters garden. It will be exciting to see my tree flowering next Spring.

Purchase of trees
After looking through a very informative website, I ordered six mature silver birch and one evergreen magnolia. The delivery date was a bit muddled but when the trees were delivered they were of a very good quality I was very pleased.

The plant was good height but had a small root ball for such a large tree. Also leaves were falling off it when it arrived. It got a good watering and revived.

Thank you for your review. During transport, the box can create a humid atmosphere that the young foliage is not accustomed to, which can sometimes cause leaves to dry and drop. Watering the tree as soon as it arrives helps it recover from its journey and settle into its new environment.
