My trees arrived in lovely condition
My trees arrived in lovely condition, wrapped up well and the soil still damp. I unwrapped straight away and they were as I had hoped for, very healthy plants. Very pleased as these are varieties that are not easily found in a garden centre.

A very satisfied Customer
As a returning customer, I bought five trees twelve months ago that had a twelve months guarantee. Sadly, I had problems with two and I thought I would experience problems with the guarantee as they were not cheap. How wrong could I have been, Sarah could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to offer a refund, a replacement, or an alternative product. All is now sorted and I can only comment on a first class service. I will not hesitate to buy from this Company again

Superb company
I have, over the last 8 years, ordered trees and shrubs from Ornamental Trees. The plants have been of the highest quality, the deliveries have been timely and everything well packed, and the prices have not only been competitive, but the quality has been worth every penny. Everyone I've spoken to, or dealt with on-line has been immensely helpful; a real pleasure to work with. I can't recommend the company, their staff, and their quality plants highly enough.

I love this company
I love this company, the website is super simple to navigate and use to place an order. A great choice of japanese acers to choose from and customer services has been fantastic, quick to repsond very polite and are based in England, where so many centres are based in other countries and i can never understand what they are saying. I have already bought a couple of trees and will be back for more. Just wish i had a bigger garden. Thank you very much
