Really impressive and knowledgeable personal care
They have an amazing range of frames, so many different styles for any for shape face, any size face and even delicious colours to give you that little spark of joy when you wear them. The consultant that helped me had infinite patience, I have a tiny face, she moved all around the shop getting an idea of what my preferences were, what suited my face and I never once felt hurried or that I was a bother. She even suggested putting sun glass lenses in a dark purple pair she found for me in the non sunglasses selection when learning my favourite colour. It was a fun experience and I’m so very happy with my purple sunnies, the extremely reasonable price, the personal attention and she made the whole thing fun and stress free.

Great Range of Glasses. Very thorough Optometrist.
Optometrist more thorough than ones Ive gone to with our companies. Let me ask many questions. The range of glasses is what drew me in to the shop to begin with. So many bright colours, and cool shaped frames. Not relying on fancy brand names.

Easy to book an appointment online. No waiting to be seen when arrive in store. Eye examination fast and easy. Large range of frames. Great deals for purchasing multiple pairs. I chose to have my frames posted to me, free of charge. Arrived in perfect condition. Very happy.

there was an issue with my glasses but…
there was an issue with my glasses but it was solved quickly and with no cost to me. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, without you feeling like you are taking up too much of their time.

Absolutely love my new pair from Oscar…
Absolutely love my new pair from Oscar Wylee, I chose a completely different style than what I usually wear.
The optician helped me picking the Duckworth, and we added green transition lenses (clear indoor, dark in the sun) they look ridiculously good!
The whole process was easy, I loved the fact I was dealing with the same person from start to finish
Unlike specsavers where you deal with so many different opticians, it gets confusing, plus it doesn’t feel very personalised

Great service
I bought two pairs of multifocals and just couldn’t get on with one of the pairs. They had nose pads and just couldn’t get the focus in the sweet spot for my vision. After a couple of attempts to adjust, I was offered a new pair as a replacement with no extra cost. The new pair were fine and I really appreciated the excellent service I received at West Lakes SA store.
Was my first time at Oscar Wylee but will be back!

I had my eye test done elsewhere, but came to Oscar Wylie as they had a far superior choice of frames at great prices. They handled transferring my script quickly and easily. I chose my frames and they did the rest. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing structure was very clear and transparent.
