Never had a problem here and I've been to several branches. I like these guys mostly because their glasses are more suitable for Asian faces.

First time of using multrifocals was…atrochious. Nearly had 2 car accidents.
First time of using multrifocals was unsuccessful as i nearly had 2 car accidents. Returned my glasses and were replaced with bifocals. No issues with OWE and am up and running.

New glasses for my daughter
My daughter received her first pair of glasses and she could not get accustomed to the prescription. We when back to the eye doctor and they adjusted the prescription. Because she was having vision issues, Oscar Wylee took the amended prescription and made new glasses, no extra charge. Great experience.

Vision migraine
I was having a visual migraine with rippled vision which concerned me greatly. Fiona the Optometrist was very thorough in examining my eyes and assuring me that my eyes were all fine. It would pass and my vision come back to normal. I greatly appreciated her time and advice given . Excellent Optometrist, very happy with my experience at Tweed City Oscar Wylee.

Prescription sunnies for the win
I wish I remembered the girls name. She was lovely. I recently got my first pair of prescription sunnies. The girls helped me pic a nice pair, explained all the options. They came a week later and they’ve really made my life outside better. My eyes are so less strained and happier.

After trying multiple optometrists…
After trying multiple optometrists without success, I’d almost given up on finding the right bifocals until I came to O.W. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The team was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find a solution. The frame selection was outstanding (easily a 10/10), and for the first time, I finally have bifocals that truly work for me. I couldn’t be happier and won’t be going anywhere else again.

Out Standing Service
The experience my wife and I received was fantastic, from start to picking up finished glasses. Bec was brilliant such a company hero who new your products and as we needed multiple glasses arranged and totally followed up so we can use them on upcoming trip. Multiple Pairs of New Glasses Ordered and Obtained with no issues.
I needed several pairs of new glasses for totally different situations. While range wasn't spectacular, I was quickly able to select new frames and finalise my purchase.
My new glasses arrived a few days earlier than I expected and have been a great success.

I recently brought 2 x pairs of…
I recently brought 2 x pairs of glasses. I requested reading glasses only, no bi focals. Needed to look at my computer and then look up in my classroom of students.
When the glasses arrived I could hardly see the front of the shop. They sent them away and when they came back, I asked if they were the softest nose pads I could have. She said yes. In a couple of hours I had nose pad indentations on my face. I took them to Morayfield (as I was coming this way) where they told me they were not and changed them to the softer version. I have since purchased another pair elsewhere and they told me they were not very good quality readers. My first time at Osar Wylee - not good

Great service, great quality, great price
Attentive staff who did a fantastic job of helping me with my choice of frames. Great quality frames for a very reasonable price point. The eye exam, very accurately defined the exact prescription required for my vision needs. I tried multifocals with my second set of glasses (the sunglasses) to see if I could get used to them. The accuracy of the gradient was so good after receiving them, that I almost immediately placed an order for another pair of multifocals for my daily use. I am wearing them now to write this review. They have been life changing. Great service, great quality, right price. I will be back.
