The staff at Oscar Wylee in Shepparton…
The staff at Oscar Wylee in Shepparton marketplace were great to me when I went to see them for a new pair of prescription glasses. They showed me what styles they had and what would look good for my facial features. They were very professional in how they treated me and my family. I would highly recommend them for any of your optical needs.

Everyone in-store was super friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the prices. 2 pairs arrived by mail within less than 2 weeks and I live 3 hrs outside of Halifax! So easy.

Oscar Wylee for very cost effective eyewear
There is no OW service location where we live, but they seem to be everywhere on the Sunshine Coast. We have stopped in to order a new pair of glasses on every visit to Australia! Great products and really good prices, with very friendly and helpful staff, I don’t even think about going anywhere else !

Appointment in Time.
First I was being given an appointment according to my own schedule within their working days here in Shepperton Central Victoria,and also given me the right to cancel the appointment to a later date.
They also do eye exam and checking in the right time stated in the appointment.
They do double eye exam and checking in different time on appointments with prescriptions and right offered recommendation of eye lenses.
Staffs are qualified and very caring,they also refer patients to eye surgery doctors if their eyes need surgery and treatments.

Great prices and easy to book. I ordered two glasses and got them both for $199. Staff are very nice and helpful. A wide selection to choose from, there is a frame for everyone.

The arm fell off…….
The arm fell off my prescription sunglasses for no apparent reason. I popped in store. They tried to find a replacement arm in the same colour but when they couldn’t, they offered me a new frame at a discount & fitted my lenses into the new frame immediately. I was happy with the cost & great customer service & was out of the store in 15 mins.

I had a seamless experience from start to finish—booking was quick and easy online, with convenient time slots available. The eye test was thorough yet comfortable, and the optometrist took the time check a concern I had and didn't rush me. Overall, the entire process was genuinely enjoyable.
