Been a loyal Oscar wylee customer for a number of years now and the experience regardless of location is always great. Friendly staff, great service re: eye tests and in my opinion the best combination of price and aesthetic for glasses to be found in the market.

The best experience. Not pushy to purchase and for that reason I will be referring friends.
The person who assisted me choosing frames was fantastic. Screwed up her nose when the frames were unsuitable, but had a very broad smile when she gave a “thumbs up” opinion on frames she suggested were the ones which suited me the best. I purchased 2 pair. I will be going back to be tested and lens fitted. Great service and I must say, lots of laughs. Thankyou. See you soon.

I got the wrong sunglass frames as they ended up being too loose on my face, and they happily got me the ones that thankfully do not slip down my nose. I returned the first pair without a hitch. My mum picked them up, no dramas. I am very thankful I didnt have to pay anything extra and that they were so accommodating in letting me keep the first pair until I got the others. The staff at Oscar Wylee Marion are very accomodating. I treid to use multi-vision lenses, but it turns ot they weren't for me. On three ocassions, the staff tried to make corrections to suit me needs, until I decided to go for single vision. The staff took time to listen to my concerns and help me through the process. I woould certainly recommend them.

Great service
I had trouble with rubbing across the bridge of my nose. I went back a couple of times and the staff made adjustments to them, but that didn’t solve the problem. Long story short Jacob at the highpoint west store was fantastic. He was happy and to change the frames at no extra charge to me. Now I am very happy with my glasses. Thank you very much again Jacob.
