Outcast Clothing Reviews

I love Outcast! I shop here for major events (ex: Vegas, college events, vacations, dates, etc.) and the items never disappoint. Their customer service is also so quick and helpful!

Your store is absolutely appalling i bought a dress for my nans funeral and you completely ruined it, you sent a dress that was for halloween and when i complained about it and said can you replace it with correct one you sent an email saying Ha LOL ye Nans dead Gg

Krystal was so kind, quick and very helpful! She was able to provide me help and issue me store credit for my damaged item! She was a great communicator and replied very quickly:)

I had a complicated delivery issue with UPS, and the Outcast team handled it better than anyone else involved. They were patient, understanding, and quick to respond, even when the situation was stressful on my end. Amanda and the team were kind from start to finish, and I appreciate how they took accountability and made sure I was taken care of. The customer service alone makes me confident about ordering again.

I absolutely love the clothes from outcast. Toni was a fantastic help and dealt with my return quickly and efficiently.

My Outcast package shipped and arrived very quickly. When I emailed them regarding a return, they responded right away and were extremely kind and helpful! Will absolutely be shopping with them in the future!

The outcast team are always so helpful and sort any issues out promptly.

the dress is high quality and beautiful - just didn’t look right on me. refund changed from store credit to normal transfer after I requested in an email (before I’ve sent it off). problem solved in no time. also Daniela is lovely!! Xx

Answered very quickly to customer related emails and were very friendly!

I contacted customer service and explained that the items I purchased don’t look good and I need to return them. They shared with me that because they were on sale they cannot return the items. Needless to say I will never buy from this company. I’m lost for words that an online company would have such a lousy policy.

The dress I received was phenomenal. Unfortunately, the bag had been tampered with, and 3 dresses were missing. Customer service quickly resolved the issue.

Hoda was very helpful and super informative, answering all my queries over the order which was immensely hospitable.

This company is amazing! Their customer service team answers fast and is always accommodating!

What makes this company stand out to me would me there customer service. They really go above and beyond to provide that guidance that is needed. Any question is answered in a fast fashion via email. And how could you not love their products. I would recommend this website to anyone.

I had an issue with sizing and a question about an accidental duplicate but I was easily directed to the location where I could resolve these issues. Customer Service was super friendly and helpful as well!! <3
