Scam. Never received the parcel ! They keep fobbing me off and no one has helped. Nothing has been delivered and they have said to contact Royal Mail - when it is their issue!!!! Terrible customer service and have not sent me any items. DO NOT USE

Absolutely TERRIBLE quality! Fast fashion at its finest. The price tags are actually insane for this quality. Dresses are faded and materials are so thin! Also returns are almost impossible? Literally a scam.

Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve experienced! I had a 300$ package from them get stolen from my front door, and they were very kind in helping me find a resolution so I could wear their brand for Coachella. Highly recommend and will be a loyal customer to them!
