I bought some dresses and nothin fit well. I wanted a refund but Outcast only offers store credit. . Consumers must be protected against large multinational corporation, especially when shopping on line. Outcast's conduct is improper, and as such, it is an unreliable company. Outcast does not comply with international policiesprotecting consumers and their rights

I made an order 2 weeks ago and I still have no shipping or delivery update. I’ve previously emailed your team and now reached out as a message through the website. I go on holiday this week and it’s likely I will not have my £258 order, really disappointing as I’ll need to return is this doesn’t arrive in time.

I ordered express delivery and got it in two days, right before my holiday!! I emailed them to ask if it’s possible to get it asap, and I got a lovely email back saying they are working hard to get it to me, lots of honesty, clear information and warmth. The mirabella mini dress size S that I got will need adjusting to, as it’s definitely different and bold (rides up a bit, which I didn’t expect so be wary if you are also 5,4 or under). Great delivery, communication and product overall. 💞

I ordered a dress that they said would be delivered in 10 days. No tracking info was sent. I reached out via email after the delivery date and they said they don't know when it'll be shipped. Followed up with a call to cancel my order. Two options of refund were given, in-store credit or original payment method. UPI payment would take 10-15 days to initiate, which in itself is absolutely ridiculous. Despite asking for several confirmations of my case being escalated and repeated incredibly tiring phone calls it took them over a month and the threat of a complain to initiate a refund that took 2 hours at the end of it.

Incredibly poor customer service.

Lovely clothes. I returned one item as it just didn’t suit me and it was so quick and easy. I reached out by email as I forgot to include the return slip and they very quickly assured me all was good and they could track my parcel.

Ordered from Outcast a couple times!
Had a minor issue with just one product and Hoda was SO quick in sorting this out for me & resolving the issue, was caring & attentive , absolutely no bad words to say about this business and their clothes are amaze - mistakes happen always & what is important is how you handle it! Was handled brilliantly.
Will be a returning customer always :))

Purchased a beautiful dress from Outcast for my daughter's Summer Ball. Dealt with Ashley in the Outcast Customer Happiness Team about an issue I had with dress that was dealt with promptly, professionally and with an excellent standard of customer care. Compared to other online stores, I have to say I would definitely use Outcast again. 5 star customer service - Ashley!

i bought the red corset set, material is incredibly cheap quality for what your paying. When i received it and tried it on the corset itself doesn't do a good job structurally. And when i tried to return could only get store credit.

I was NOT aware I couldn’t return multiple items from my order! I would have never placed this order if I was aware of the final sale return issue. So now I am stuck with multiple clothing I do not wish to keep and majority of not all are hand wash only items which I find ridiculous. I do not recommend this brand.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed them and they got back to me almost instantly! They were able to fix it with no issues and I got it a couple days later!! The best

Once again i am writing another review because of how poor the customer service is.I have emailed multiple times about my refund and i have confirmation my returns have made it back to your warehouse over a week ago and i am still waiting for my refund it’s just getting ridiculous at this point.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending close to £1,000 with Outcast overall, I honestly feel really let down by my recent experience.

I’ve ordered from Outcast multiple times before and previously loved the brand, which is why I placed another large order during the sale.

Unfortunately, almost everything else arrived with extremely inconsistent sizing, poor fit and noticeably lower quality than previous purchases.

Multiple items sat strangely on the body, felt cheaply made, or looked completely different once on. I ordered my usual size medium the same size I’ve always bought from Outcast successfully yet the fit across these items was wildly inconsistent.

The most frustrating part is that I genuinely did not realise the sale items were “final sale” with absolutely no returns or store credit. The wording is not particularly obvious during checkout unless you individually open product descriptions, and had I known this, I never would have placed such a large order.

I’m now left with approximately £250 worth of clothing I realistically cannot wear, on top of existing store credit already sitting on my account from a previous order I didnt realise was never refunded of £200. So I have lost £450 with this company.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of flexibility or customer care despite being a loyal returning customer who has spent a significant amount with the company. I wasn’t even asking for a refund only store credit as a one-time exception which they have refused.

After looking on Trustpilot, I can also see many other customers raising similar concerns regarding inconsistent sizing and reduced quality, particularly on sale items.

Such a shame because I genuinely used to love this brand, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.

I am not one to leave reviews but I feel absolutely scammed by this company! I ordered 3 items from the sale section (came to around £85). When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed by the quality. From the photos, I expected good sturdy material, but instead I received items using a cheap, thin, fast-fashion material. I ordered a corset halterneck style top, the straps are thin and would not support me without ripping and the boning is bendy and weak. It is NOT good enough and I am extremely disappointed. On top of this, I am unable to return the items due to the tiny writing saying final sale. Nowhere in the checkout or payment section did it say about the items being non-refundable. They are very shady about refunds and returns, and I absolutely feel I have been scammed out of my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE, stick to SHEIN- it’s better quality!

I really like the quickness at which costumer service replies and how helpful they are to help me find a comparable item.

I emailed in regards to a bad dress I ordered and my issue was resolved quickly.

Susan was amazing with assistance & in a fast timely manner she responded with all the questions I needed answered. She’s amazing & hope she continues to thrive within the company.

I had bought the Lunexa top in brown. I strongly recommend to not buy this top. After one wear all the string attached to the gold charms have snapped it’s all detached and can no longer wear it. Emailed them all they offered to do was a $20 credit which can’t buy a new top since it retails at $120. Extremely disappointed.
