Don’t buy from Outcast!!!!
My first experience with this company was a few months back. I ordered a dress in sale and didn’t see the tiny letters explaining they don’t do returns for items in sale. I was okay with that, so i ordered again. I ordered the Santana mini dress for €102,- including shipping. The dress itself was €90,- . When i got the dress it didn’t fit right so i sent it back. I knew the shipping costs would be taken off of the €90,- so i should be getting €78,- back at the least. Then i got an email saying my store credit will be $87,60. I didn’t see the dollar sign so went to buy a new item. I came to the checkout and saw only €55,- removed from my order. This is insane. I bought it for €102,- and only got half of my money back!! This company scamms in a different way, even though they price their items at such high prices. Didn’t expect this type of scam from a company like this!! Don’t ever buy from this place, half of my money was stolen!!!!
(Euro’s are worth more than dollars, for example €90 is worth $104)

It’s not worth the money, spent £80 on a dress, the overall fit was very poor, clearly not much effort goes into the practical design of the dress, I’m typically an xs however ordered a 2xs and it was massive on me. Not justifiable for the price, only do store credit aswell

I ordered a dress and received no confirmation email or message. Also reached out to customer service via phone and WhatsApp,and unresponsive to both. I am supposed to get my dress by today and not a word from the company. Don't waste your time buying from here

Do not purchase from this website! Sent me a dirty dress that did not fit and when I sent it back they denied my return and asked me to pay 6.50 to return the dress to me. This site is a scam and steals money from customers! Do not purchase anything from here!

Fast delivery high quality merchandise

Worst company! Clothes are never true to size, they make you pay for your own shipping and only offer store credit for returns. They barely reply, have to follow up numerous of times. The clothes are definitely made in China and some cheap factory!

I paid around ₹4000 in advance because they claimed paid orders get dispatched faster, while COD charges were higher. Despite that, my order still hasn’t been delivered even after such a long wait.
What’s worse is that they have now blocked my number and are not processing my refund either. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating for customers who trusted and prepaid.
Please be careful before ordering from this brand. I would never recommend ordering from Outcast after this experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Outcast. I had been looking forward to this order for weeks and spent more than $863, but honestly, nothing about it met my expectations.

The quality feels incredibly cheap, very fast-fashion quality, comparable to low-cost marketplace products. The materials, finishing and overall feel absolutely do not justify the prices they charge. The items look much better online than they do in reality.

What made the experience even worse is the return policy. If you want to return your order, you can only receive store credit instead of an actual refund, which is already frustrating considering the quality. On top of that, return shipping is at your own expense. Living in Belgium, returning the items is practically impossible because the shipping costs are outrageously expensive.

Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not order again.

I am so disappointed in the quality. It feels cheap and Shein quality. Not worth paying $100. They only offer store credit.....keep in mind. I have made 2 purchases. I will not be buying from here again. Clothes is made so small.

I had a really great experience with Outcast US customer care. Toni was super sweet, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and I really appreciated the help and kindness throughout everything.

If you're looking for a sign wether to buy or not. Don't do it. I've bought 2 dresses. The cups are made for operated boobs. I have 75dd, in the dresses they look like a hanging A (don't know how it's possible). The length is way too short, both dresses have see through bottoms (not intended). And the biggest disadvantage is that the underwire broke out after only trying it on. So I'm honest. Yes, the dresses are really pretty. Yes, the shipping was fast (2 weeks but shipped from australia to germany so I think that's fair). But: major quality issues, the dresses are not made for natural boobs, I look like a plank.
