The staff at Outcast were very helpful with working out the correct sizing which I really appreciated. Online shopping can be hit and miss so this greatly assisted us to get the best fit.

I’ve ordered an expensive bodysuit from them and part of it arrived damaged and due to being a bodysuit, the system wouldn’t let me send it back. But the Outcast team were very quick in responding to my query, and sent me store credit to spend for the same price as the item I had brought. It also doesn’t come with a date I need to use it by, so I can take my time choosing what to use it on. The other bodysuit I ordered however arrived perfect and I can’t wait to wear that one.

Absolutely TERRIBLE quality! Fast fashion at its finest. The price tags are actually insane for this quality. Dresses are faded and materials are so thin! Also returns are almost impossible? Literally a scam.

Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve experienced! I had a 300$ package from them get stolen from my front door, and they were very kind in helping me find a resolution so I could wear their brand for Coachella. Highly recommend and will be a loyal customer to them!
