there was an issue with my order and customer service was amazing! i sent an email about the issue and the team resolved it with the upmost kindness and speed!

The sizing is all over the place—don't expect the same size to fit consistently from one item to the next. For a brand charging premium prices, that's unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they don't offer refunds, only store credit. If the item doesn't fit (which is common because of their inconsistent sizing), you're stuck spending more money with them.

Between the poor quality control, terrible return policy, and high prices, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

I was sent £450 worth of faulty clothes, I have been trying to return them for weeks, I have emailed 5 times and still no response.

I placed an order with express shipping which is supposed to take 2-4 days. It has been 8 days and no status change at all on my order. I have requested they cancel it 3 times now because of their own issues in getting product out. They are slow to respond if at all and conveniently ignore the portion of my messages requesting a cancellation. Not a fan. Overpriced, poor customer service, extraordinarily untimely shipping.

I ordered a Medium because that's what their guide recommended... it's too big. Their returns policy is shocking. They only do credit notes. They ignored my email. Look, they get ripped off on Shein... maybe just shop on Shein lol. Save yourself some $$$. At least Shein gives you a full refund 🤭
I try to do the right thing but honestly Outcast, if you're going to be trapping people with credit notes, good luck to you. That's the worst way to get repeat customers in this day and age. Do better guys 😬

Do not order from this store. They refunded me for an item that they never had in inventory- the item was apart of a SET and they shipped the set items separately then randomly refunded me for the top. Other items I’ve ordered are just never showing up while they are “in transit”, and others have been returned to sender. I’ve sent countless emails to get someone to help, and NOTHING. Don’t waste your time here.

I was sent an incorrect size . Toni was so helpful in organising for the right size dress to be posted out ASAP . I received it in 2 business days . I was so pleased!

Never received my parcel, spent over £100. I have tried to contact outcast numerous times and heard nothing back. Going to have to report them to trading standards.

ordered 2 outfits 2 weeks ago. was meant to be used for last weekend, after emailing them 3 times over 3 days i didn’t receive a response until friday stating that they’d be dispatching my express order in 1-3. 3 business days later, no update, i emailed them complaining and asking for a full refund and within 30mins my email was responded to and refunded? sad that it was easier for them to just cancel the order and lose a customer rather than actually communicate and respond to emails.

They are great! I emailed support and they got my last minute request sorted out almost immediately seriously impressive for the large scale of requests they must receive. Shoutout Outcast

Love this brand. The designs and fits are so flattering. The quality of everything I have ordered is amazing and well made. Customer service is quick to reply and assist. Honestly, one of my favorite brands.

I have purchased several pieces from Outcast and I have been very happy with my experience. The dresses are beautiful, the designs are unique, and the quality is great for the price. Everything arrived well packaged and the ordering process was smooth. I also had a great experience with customer service, they were helpful and quick to assist me. I will definitely continue shopping with Outcast!

Worst purchase I’ve ever made! Cheap, awful-quality material, a disgusting fishy smell straight out of the package, and they sent the wrong size. Then I found out it’s non-returnable, so they expect you to keep their defective product. Completely unacceptable. Do not waste your money.

Horrible customer service. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund after I paid for expedited shipping and they haven’t even dispatched my order. On their app it states my package will be shipped in one package which is a lie because I got a separate email stating only one of my items shipped. I’ve asked them to respond to my questions multiple times regarding my order and they keep giving me the run around. Also while emailing them they called me someone else so who knows if they are even tracking the correct order after I’ve already given them the order number.

Absolutely love this boutique! The customer service is amazing, everyone has been so kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The clothes are true to size, great quality, and fit perfectly. I always get so many compliments whenever I wear their pieces. I’ll definitely keep shopping here and highly recommend them!

I shipped it over a week ago, and there’s no sign of the order whatsoever; I need it by the 30th. I’ve tried contacting them, but they’re just giving me the runaround.
