Not a real company. Wish we too had checked on here first. Totally scammed. Lost money. No contact for weeks. Answer machine full.

Something seriously wrong here , do not use

I wish I had checked Trustpilot first. Order made and then I paid the invoice. No delivery notice and no way to contact Fuzion Concepts Limited t/a Outdoorbits.com. Tried phone, chat support, contact forms and email. 14 days later no goods and no response. Now reported to my bank (also their bank!) as a fraud, which was itself a painful experience.

Wish I had read these reviews first I have been scammed :(.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They won't deliver your order, pick up the phone, respond any emails or action a refund. Having to dispute the transaction via bank. ABSOLUTE SCAM

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ordered my bits for awning and just simply never arrived, chased and chased with calls and emails but only ever had one response to say on back order.. this was weeks ago and now can't get hold of them at all... terrible company

This company is a disaster. I ordered a part last October2021. To start with the wrong part was supplied.
I had to send it back and pay extra for the right part.
The part has never arrived and they very rarely reply to emails.
If you telephone their message box is full and their online chat never has anyone available.
I email every address I have for them but do not get responses.
All I want now is a refund but I now believe this whole company that has no Directors registered is a total scam
Beware and do not get taken in by friendly staff offering good service if you do get in touch with them

Originally called in to actually talk to someone about refillable gas cylinders for our motor home. David was very helpful in explaining how it all works. Tried ordering through the website a complete Gaslow system with dual cylinders and ran into issues with the debit card. After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing via email, got the system ordered.
David was very helpful with advice on installation and pointed us to his YouTube video.
Really helpful chap, if a little hard to get hold of on the phone. He always answered our emails.

Please please don’t use this company. You order and pay and then you hear nothing and receive nothing. Absolutely zero communication.
We too are trying to recoup our money through our credit card.
I don’t know how firms like this get away with such practices

I can only say this is now going to the fraud department of my bank. Absolute con !

Do not use this company they are closing down anything you order you will pay for but will probably not receive you have been warned

I would never normally write a review, however, I enquired about an item that currently identified as out of stock, I called all of the identified numbers,NO response, also emailed customer service, received an automated reply, apologising for any delay, and that they would get back to me within 3 working days. Have received nothing. Have bought the item elsewhere.

I have been waiting two weeks for an order having paid £12 postage and 2-3 days alleged delivery time.
They refuse to answer the phone and respond to emails, I'm pretty sure I have been scammed.

Wish i'd checked here first before ordering.
No response to contact - voice mailbox full and no reply to emails or webforms.
Pricing was indeed too good to be true - will report to trading standards as they promise what they do not intend to deliver.

Order a fitting for my caravan for delivery next day or within 2/3 days. Nothing arrived . Had arranger for engineer to fit so cost me £40 to rebook. Wish i had read the reviews first before ordering with this company. Never again.

I don’t normally write reviews but when service is this bad I feel that I need to warn people, do not use this company! I ordered items over 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting, I’ve emailed over 4 times in the last month and had no response, I’ve tried calling and no one answers. I’ve now had to go to PayPal and my credit card provider to refund me the money. Not worth the risk, phone calls or emails!

Great customer service from Dave and the team. Very knowledgeable about all aspects and happy to answer my many questions. Highly recommended.

The water pump on my motor home had stopped working. I spent many hours tracing and testing as there was no voltage at the pump.
As busy as he was David managed to test and find there was voltage there, which indicated the pump was faulty. I paid him for his time and decided to remove the tank to access the pump.
Again I tested for voltage and had none at the pump connection. Again David tested and found voltage there and informed me that the tap needed to be on to switch on the pump through a micro switch.
For this service he didn't charge me.
An excellent service all round from David and free advice.
Highly recommend his services. Clever bloke.

David and his team managed to locate the problem with my electric toilet in my old camper van and fix it in time for our holiday. Many thanks for a professional job and friendly service.
