The Cue looks awesome, the name is correct and my daughter will love it! Easy to order and customize.

I received a couple of emails that were confusing. The first email was thanking me for my purchase, the second was informing me I needed to purchase what was in my cart or I would lose it. I then called Ozone Billiards sales and left a message about them but I never received a call back. Other than that it was over all a great experience.
The pool stick was purchased as a Christmas gift, but I received what I ordered and the engraving was exactly what I ordered.

it came quickly and what a great breaking stick

I am not happy with the cue I ordered. I ordered a Sneaky Pete cue with additional turn down and Tiger Onyx tip. I just received my cue, and out of the package I notice the shaft has a large divot and chunk of glaze broken off at the joint. This causes a large gap in the seam. It looks at though this shaft was dropped. Please address this issue

Great Company, I Bought a Joss Pool Cue from them, supper fast turn around which I couldn't believe since I had it shaved down to 12mm, ingraved, and case with my initials on it. Great Workmanship, Great Service, and fair Priced. I'm Very Happy with them. Thank you again Ozone!!!!

Received 2 XL black gloves. Did not fit my husband's hand very well for being XL. My ladies' pink chalk holder was great as well as my other glove.

Product arrived on time ( at least according to the turtles at the USPS lol) everything was as I expected. Love the DaVinci cue stick tips, so far I like the feel and response but I haven't been shooting much. I'll get out this weekend and give em a work out but so far I give em 5 stars.

The order was received timely and packaged well. I was very pleased with my experience with Ozone Billiards. If I am in need of accessories for my pool table in the future I will not hesitate to order from Ozone Billiards.

They charged me money, then weeks later notified me that they couldn’t fulfill the order and cancelled it. Ordered exact same product from a different company the next day and had it within 5 days! Terrible customer service and very disorganized business.

This is a very decent cue for the price. It arrived astonishingly fast, well packed and with the bonus tip shaper. It took a few uses to get used to but it improved my break so I’m happy.
