I ordered a Billiard cue shaft and a couple of weights for a cue stick. the weights were shipped immediately and the Billiard shaft was drop shipped by another company. The Cuetek Synergy Billiard Shaft came very well packaged to prevent damage. It took 2 weeks for delivery ,but to be fair somewhere during the ordering process it said it would be one to two weeks for delivery. All and all it was a good experience ordering from Ozone Billiards.

Delivery was on time with no damage. The product is not quite what I expected for the price. I don't remember any " some assembly required " notice. Overall, I am satisfied.

Just learning pool again after a 20yr layoff. Decided to by a Lucasi L-H10 after playing with Cuesoul and so far i'm really enjoying the low deflection cue and so far this cue has made it easier to learn. Highly recommend this cue.

I ordered a “Scorpion Johnny Archer White with Black Scorpion Cue.” The bottom half of the cue is fine. However, the top half seems to be made of cheap plastic, and the color does not match the bottom (see photo). I can’t return the cue because of your customization policy. However, I feel cheated out of $259.00 for an inferior product.

It came in came in on time and is very nice.

I placed the order on 26th. On the 27th found out they were out of the pool cues that the website allowed me to order. Spoke with one of their customer service reps and she promised it would go out on the 27th. Long story short, it didn't. Between all the calls and late delivery, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM OZONE BILLIARDS AGAIN!

I love the pool cue stick I ordered, shipping was fast and I was hoping it got here before xmas and it did, This is a xmas present for my dad. He's a die hard fan for the Raiders team and I hope he loves it. I usually order from a company in Australia and it takes longer. But good thing I did some research online and found this company.
