Paintballbookingoffice Reviews

Scammers. Adds an extra fee onto the tickets, you look like you're getting a great deal but you arent. These lot are just scalpers that arent a part of Delta Force.

Australia- Bought 24 tickets from a promo at a mall. Operating under "nextlevelpaintball.com.au". Thought great deal to get it for $10 instead of $40 for ticket. Planned to organise for staff retreat event. Felt i was scammed- with the promo offer of first 100 paintballs to lure you in but am advised it would not be enough for play. thinking the play would work out less than $50 in all. In my only experience to call in, only to advise that you are recommended to get the minimal paintball package for $90+. And there's no way to split between players to bring costs down.

Not sure your expectations but I certainly wasn't thinking of paying more than $100+ for a paintball play, especially for a party group up to 24 players. Certainly doesn't look like a good deal to me for a organised party with friends.

Emailed several times prior to my enquiries. But did not get a "human" responding to genuine enquiry except for a "sorry did not reach you but please call" message. Email was operating under "paintballbookingoffice". Never got a vmail once.

Sought for a refund for my tickets but was said i've past 10-day cooling off. Disappointing. Hope you had better luck dealing with them.

Amazing company! Went above and beyond for charity and always lending a help in hand 😁

I had made a reservation with a selling agent in a O2 Center in January. He said that the price for the paintballs was 12£ per 100 for the first 100, then 6£ for the next 100 and so on. I paid the reservation 80£ and still had to do the booking. During the booking, the price changed to 12£ per 100 paintballs no matter how many we buy and I had to pay additionnal fees. So i just cancelled my booking and lost my 80£ (can't get a refund if it's more than 14 days after the reservation).

ITS A SCAM. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Thanks to paintballbookingoffice.com they have generously donated a £100 voucher for our forthcoming Guide Dog quiz night on 13 March 2025. Every penny counts supporting a visually impaired person and this prize will go a long way to helping. Thank you!!

Emma was really helpful and patient with me when I called to book my appointment. She guided me through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. Nice job Emma! :)

The website says 11.99 for a session. I booked it and paid, then I'm told it was for a half day. I ask, ON THE SAME CALL, 2 MINUTES AFTER PAYING, that the payment is non refundable. She says she'll look into it and she'll call me back. She never did. Ripped off £117
