I have used Painters Solicitors for my Will x 2, selling and buying of houses and Power of Attorney and their services have been exemplary. I have used the Stourport Office and Rebecca Randle was very helpful with everything,I have had Lee Baron and Paul Rowley at the Kidderminster Office and both have done an excellent job. Had wonderful service from Painters (specifically Sam) in the selling of my shared ownership property. Sam was always prompt with her responses and detailed but clear in the information she sent. Both Sam and her colleague Chanal helped a great deal in chasing our buyers solicitors when they were holding things up and definitely made a huge difference in moving things along. They always responded to us quickly, politely and were always happy to help. We were forced to use a different solicitor in the purchasing of our new house and their service was no where near to the same standard. I only wish we could have used Painters for our purchase too. Thanks so much to Sam and Chanal. We will definitely come back to Painters when we next move.

To find out that my Decree absolute had been in place from 2nd Nov 2022 & I found out through another Solicitor on 27th Oct 2023! ( I changed to another Solicitor)
I would never use this company again.

Setting up a trust was made so simple, all my questions were answered and, everyone we dealt with at Painter's, was calm, professional, efficient. Most importantly, the staff were welcoming and pleasant - nothing was too much trouble.

Used Painters for family matters and they were amazing, special thanks to Angela Newlan for helping me through the whole process, she was lovely. She made sure all paperwork etc was sorted and made sure I understood everything that was going on and that was said.

Recently used Painters Law LLP for conveyancing a property. Samantha Brookes was excellent over a 7 month timeframe working through some unexpected difficulties and giving me sound and knowledgeable advice. The fee at the end was exactly as quoted despite the extra work. I miss the personal touch and private space there old offices gave but would highly recommend Painters Law LLP.

We recently purchased our first house through Painters Solicitors. The level of service was fantastic and they kept us updated throughout the entire process and were friendly but professional. The quotes provided to us were very competitive and we decided to go with them on this basis, but would not hesitate to use them going forwards due to the level of service. Painters have moved to Council offices Stourport Rd the reception is in the main PUBLIC foyer. They are quiet happy to sit you next to other people discussing personal business, I heard all the conversation going on next me. I now know names addresses and phone numbers. The other lady on my other side refused to hand over personal documents, and I don't blame her. We will never be using Painters again for this reason. client confidentiality is non existent. Yes you can still have a closed office appointment but general and still very personal business should never be so open to the general public. Handing over my late mothers will was a sensitive thing and was handed over on general display with no condolences given either!

Couldn’t ask for better solicitors when buying our first house. Quick responses when we asked questions, always kept in the loop as to what was happening and what still needed to happen, everything explained. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a solicitor to buy or sell there house.
