I ordered from here and I never received the $448 bag and was never refunded

Great bag!!!! Loved the color and the material. Big enough to carry everything!!!!!

I ordered my bag on June 30th, it's August 8th and I am still waiting.

I have been waiting for my bags for 3 weeks. I have written multiple
Emails and no response. I didn’t even receive tracking or order information but they certainly took the money. The customer service is horrible and I will be cancelling my order today!

I’m trying to return some product that I just received a desert leather bag and a yellow leather bag. Both are the wrong colors and I need to return them. I’ve written your customer service department and sent an email to the help desk as directed and thus far I have not received an answer. I’m hoping to hear from you today as I do not want to delay the return of these items and it will refund thank you for your time and consideration Evelyn Bartley.

I’ve had my handbag for six months now. When it arrived, I thought it might be fake, it looked ‘too well made’ - I showed it to a local leather worker I know, who was very impressed with the quality of the product.
Six months on, with very regular use, the thick leather is barely creased, and no signs of wear along the stitching. Overall, a beautiful bag, and I’m glad I ordered another bag from Pampora.

Great quality and beautiful design! It took almost 4 weeks of waiting but worth it. The bag (for me) is so precise, 100% match what I need, not too big not too small. Perfect size!

I order something from these people years ago. They marked it as shipped but weeks later i emailed them and they admitted their supplier didn't have capacity to make it. Since then they have spammed me weekly with emails and refuse to unsubscribe. They're a reseller of poor quality products. Dishonest company and a waste of time

The brief case arrived very quickly, it was well packaged and exactly as described on the website.

I love my bag. The leather is smooth and durable. The bag is affordable and adorable.

The size laptop indicated in the description is too small. My laptop would not fit, but it is a nice bag.

I like the bag a lot, the quality of the craftsmanship and the design, I think I was sent the wrong color, I order honey and received a more reddish color, but I like it and will keep it, my next one i will order in honey.

Absolutely beautiful bag, TOTAL CLASS

This bag is very poor quality. The stitching is uneven and finishes seem cheap. As far as packaging, it was just thrown in a box without any interior packing and exterior padding so it arrived looking crumpled. It did not even come in a dust bag! The product definitely does not live up to the advertising hype!!!

I was worried about the purchase because of customer reviews on trust pilot. But I purchased anyways and am so happy with my purse. It’s beautiful, well-made, with gorgeous leather and just as shown online.
