Well the first time I found this shop and placed my first order well a big surprise when just 24 hours later my stuff turn up and the staff/owners are very polite if anyone wants fast delivery this is the place to shop and brilliant for the value for money 💰 so why not change were you probably pay more save money and go to parrot essentials for fast delivery and polite staff thank you parrot essentials why tri you will not be sorry go change now to parrot essentials there brilliant I will definitely recommend this place to anyone cheap and very reliable 😀 👍

Bought a dvd it's absolutely crap, very poor quality like a recording from the 60,s

C Versandbestätigung nach einem Tag erhalten, und seit dem warte ich auf die Drohne und auch noch Express Lieferung bis jetzt nichts gekommen, Support nur französisch am deutschen Support kein durchkommen nie nie wieder parrot.
Hab zwei DJI Drohnen immer super. Werde sie sofort zurückgeben wenn sie kommt

Fantastic experience. Always there to give advice. These people really know there birds and what there requirements are. Just received another order which came very quickly considering the coronavirus situation at the moment. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Perfect customer service, great range of products.

I placed an order on the Sunday just over a week ago and mentioned my concern regarding my parrot who we had just discovered was female due to an egg being laid. I was very concerned because of things I had read about birds becoming egg bound.

Anguel phoned me early on Monday morning and was very helpful and put my mind at ease, answering questions and spending time talking to me about the situation.

I cannot even begin to put a value on this phone call. It put my mind at rest as he was able to directly answer my concerns and questions. Reading internet pages had left me making up all kinds of worries so being able to speak with someone put my mind at ease.

We discussed the bird's diet and Anguel said I could speak with him again about this in a couple of days once things had settled. We spoke for a good 15 minutes with great advice about moving my parrot to a better diet and ways to achieve this.

Thank you so much for your time. It was appreciated more than I can say.

Good quality bird feeder arrived within a couple of days

Ordered some Arcadia products, which although didn't arrive next day as advertised, were very reasonably priced and packaged to a high standard. There was a single part missing with my order but the problem was resolved quickly and easily thanks to the customer service over at Parrot Essentials. I'd certainly consider buying from them again and would happily recommend PE to anyone with a bird (parrots or not)!
