I purchased six 72" fans for my Winery

I purchased 6 72" fans for my Winery. They look great and work well. It was expensive to have them installed.

Poor product inspection

The fan needed holes drilled into it. Took the entire day to install due to needing the holes drilled. Then it was missing the mounting bracket. Not pleased with this fan at all. Submitted a ticket via the chat, no response.

Needing to drill holes yourself and discovering a missing mounting bracket is completely unacceptable – and we understand why you are not pleased. On top of that, not receiving a response from our chat support is another failure on our part. We are truly sorry.

What went wrong:
This appears to be a serious quality control issue with your specific unit. The fan should have come fully pre-drilled and with all necessary mounting hardware. We are investigating with our warehouse and quality team to ensure this does not happen again.

What we will do for you immediately:

Missing mounting bracket – We will ship you a replacement bracket.

Drilling issue – As a gesture of apology for the time and frustration you spent drilling holes, we will also issue a partial refund of 10% of the fan's purchase price. Please email us with your order number.

Bad performance and can’t return it

I ordered the fan and it is not putting out the air as advertised. I tried to call to exchange it for a faster fan and the customer service was horrible. The fan also tilts when at high speed and they want me to send a video of this before I can return it. Beware, they do not take “used” fans back so if you hook it up and aren’t satisfied then you are stuck with the fan. In my case I bought two so I’m out of a lot of money.

Regarding returns of used fans:
You are correct that once a fan has been installed and used, we typically do not accept returns simply for dissatisfaction with airflow, unless there is a verified defect. This is standard in the industry for safety reasons. However, if a fan is genuinely defective (e.g., tilting excessively at high speed, motor issues, etc.), that is covered under our warranty, and we will make it right.

The tilting issue is a defect.
If your fan tilts significantly when running at high speed, that indicates a potential balance or mounting problem – or in some cases, a defect in the motor housing. We do need to see a video to document the issue, not to make it hard for you, but to ensure we understand the problem correctly and We can provide the right fix.

What we will do for you immediately: Since our technicians have already confirmed that the fan tilting at high speed is caused by unbalanced blades, a balancing kit should solve the problem. We can send you a replacement balancing kit. If you are not satisfied with this solution, you can choose to have us send you a new fan (or receive a refund for that fan, whichever you prefer).

We are sorry that our customer service was horrible in your first attempts. We are under new management and actively improving our response quality. Please give us another chance to help.

No recomiendo para nada comprar aquí, a mí me engañaron. Atención al cliente inexistente, si tienes algún problema no hay teléfonos de contacto en España, cuando he comprado en la web española; solo un chat dónde te atiende una máquina, cuando solicitas hablar con un agente humano, te pone en espera, pero no se conecta nadie y estás esperando hasta que te cansas. Si quieres ahorrarte disgustos y que jueguen con tu dinero, no compres en esta web, no tienes garantías, experiencia malísima.

Incorrect wiring with downrod

I ordered a fan and a 48 inch downrod to go with it and received both, however, when the electrician came to install it, he said the wires in the downrod don't connect to the wires on the fan. So I tried reaching out to support, but I can't get ahold of anyone at the company. The downrod should have just come with the correct wiring in the first place but not being able to reach anyone to correct the mistake is highly frustrating. I have sent emails, left a voicemail and used the AI chat which says the issue has been escalated, but nobody has reached out to me. At this point I can't return the fan as it's been opened so the only thing I can do is see if the electrician can connect the wires another way.

Thank you for your honest review. We are truly sorry that the downrod you received did not have compatible wiring for your fan, and even more sorry that you have been unable to reach us by email, phone, or chat. That is completely unacceptable, and we understand your frustration.

Why this happened:
The downrod you ordered is compatible with most of our fans, but a small number of fan models require a specific wiring adapter to connect properly. We should have made this clearer, and we apologize for the oversight.

What we are doing to fix it:
We have already contacted our supplier, and a correct wiring extension/adapter is being prepared. As soon as it arrives, we will ship it to you at no cost. You will receive a tracking number via email.

In the meantime:
Please do not ask your electrician to modify the wiring – that could void the warranty.

Low quality Chinese crap

First, this ceiling fan only lasted 3 years before the DC controller went bad. I have 3 other fans in my house older than 19 years with no issues, but they are AC fans.

Second, the DC controller I ordered is shipping from China which is horribly slow and I don't like supporting China. This is the last thing I buy from Parrot Uncle.
