I ordered a pair of cooling system gaskets for a 90's Landcruiser that are quite tricky to find these days.
The initial order got lost (Royal Mail blunder sadly), but Robert went out of the way to source replacements quickly and kept me in the loop throughout.
Exactly what customer service should be.
I wasn't aware of Partsworld before, but they'll be my go to for car parts going forward.

Ho acquistato un pomello cambio per Panda 100hp (che esiste solo con il cambio a 6marce).
La recensione riportava la foto di un pomelo 5 marce, ma la descrizione era per Panda 100hp e il codice giusto.

Ricevo un pomello 5 marce, in una busta fiat aperta e richiusa con le graffette con il codice fatto da loro con un etichetta ma sotto riporta il codice 55349673.

Chiedo la restituzione da parte loro che viene negata perchè secondo loro è normale cambiare codici agli articoli.
