After the recent attempt to purchase an item, I was forced to lower my opinion of Paul Fredrick due to the lack of respect received from an individual on the phone. Also , I think that it’s ridiculous to have to pay to return items. Further the poor quality of a necktie strengthens my resolve. This comes from a twenty three year long customer. I truly hope this causes Paul Fredrick to take a second or third look at my concerns.
