I’ve known of Paul Fredrick for many years and finally decided to try them. I was surprised by the selection and the quality of the shirts I ordered compared with CT shirts.

I can only speak to shirts, the quality of which have been okay. But the company's customer service is next to nonexistent. Sometime last year I once ordered 3 shirts at one time and received only 2. When I called to find out, after being on hold for a long time a lady came out and told me the 3rd shirt was on backorder. I never received an email or any kind kind of notice about the backorder. She gave me an option to cancel the 3rd shirt, which I did. But my credit card was charged for the 3 shirts and I had a heck of a time getting a refund on the third one. Hence, I will never purchase anything from Paul Grederick company.

Great quality shirts delivered quickly. Will probably buy more in the future.

I CALLED AND IMMEDIATELY SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE AND THEY FIXED MY ERROR.

I found the web site to be difficult to use.. I selected 3 items on sale. the screed took me back to home and i could not find my cart after that..
I have ordered products in a the past and am totally satisfied with the service and product.

I believe your prices are increasing too fast I am buying in the foreign market for my Company's and the foreign prices from China Viet Nam Taiwan have not increased at the faster and higher rate in which you have raised your retails
Your frequent User program is a JOKE both on the reward amount and then the limitations on how it can be applied
The Venture group which is pressing unreasonably and they need to pay attention to the competitive retail environment
