Lee G. was such an amazing help! I pulled money from my check because I needed the funds and then the place that I sent it to would not let me have it. I was so worried about what I was going to do, but Lee took great care of me and made sure that I had my funds available immediately! Lee as very kind, considerate, and worked really fast to take care of my problem. I would recommend this app to anyone who wanted to use it just from the experience that I encountered with Lee. I’m forever grateful!

Can hardly ever access my funds! The first couple months of my new job this was great. Then suddenly my account constantly said zero for access. It shows thousands in earned wages, but zero available for early withdraw. At first they blamed my employer, saying there was now a smaller window within which I could access funds because of my employers new policy. I’m friends with my management team who said that’s total bs. Now they’re saying something’s wrong with my account and they’ve escalated to the engineers to help. That was two weeks ago. I’ve chatted and called to no avail. Yesterday they told me it would be fixed or is at least I’d hear something today. Well, it’s afternoon already and I’ve heard nothing and still have no access to funds. Be careful not to trust them and do not budget according to relying on them. BEWARE!

Had major issues with app, customer service and accessing my earned income. After 3 weeks, I was desperate to access my money and ended up paying $8.00 in fees. Customer service assured me there would be no fee on there end, but I was charged $2.95. I called to dispute the charge and they emphatically declined to refund my money. So, I called c/s again to see if they'd tell me 'no fee' again, indeed they did!! They care -0- about customer satisfaction, only about the $$$!! Even though their customer service dept was giving out false info they refused a refund. I can only imagine the $$$ they rake in on 'this' scam. Tell a customer one thing and do the opposite. Easy access to income, HA!!! Took me 3 weeks to access cash already deposited on my Visa. They make money this way, too. These business practices have a net positive effect on the asset & owners equity portion of their balance sheet. Disgusting!!!

Waller Lee answered the phone very calmly and professionally and as soon as he realized my issue he assisted me promptly and with great service. I really really appreciate his guidance. Great human!

I always have problems getting into the UKG WALLET & ITS ALWAYS THE PASSWORD GIVING ME ISSUES SO I CALLED UKG WALLET CUSTUMER SERVICE AND THIS VERY NICE PATIENT GENTLEMEN NAMED WALLER LEE WALKED THRU EVERYTHING & WAS VERY HELPFUL. 👍

The company does NOT get to the bottom of the anything. They constantly say they will escalate to engineer and get back with you then they do not. I have live chatted with them twice and called them once. Both times in live chat, the agents beg you to leave a review on Trustpilot. The first even sent me a link but my phone flagged it as spam so I ignored it.

It doesn't matter how many times you call or write, they will ignore you.

I have already warned my employer and coworkers about these people.

I took a look at their rating on BBB and 495 complaints in 3 years says it all.

My other review was removed but the people deserve to know the truth. After I left the review, they responded to me twice and said they would contact me. Still nothing. Surprise! Surprise! 🙄

7/2/2025 is the date of the last fruitless conversation with them.
