Found them a great company a minor problem with date of payments but phoned up and they sorted out in a couple of minutes I'd recomm end this company I will certainly being using them again
I needed brake pads amd discs for my car but couldnt afford it then payment assist helped me spread the cost 4 monthly payments so i got the job done

I had the plan for 18 months, but when I took my vehicle in for a repair, they refused to authorise it, which meant I had to pay for the repairs myself, so all the money I'd paid up to that point I may as well have put into a savings account to pay for future repairs, I won't be using this service again.

It appears there may be some confusion between Payment Assist and your warranty provider. Payment Assist is the finance provider, enabling customers to spread the cost of their warranty. We are not the warranty provider and therefore do not control or determine what is covered under the warranty.
As the decision regarding whether your repair was covered would have been made by your warranty provider, we feel your review does not reflect the service provided by Payment Assist. We would therefore ask that you consider amending your review to reflect your experience with the service we have provided.

There were two anomalies in completing…
There were two anomalies in completing the form.
1) identifying my finances, I included a decimal point and the form would not accept that and caused complete confusion and required a 1/2 hour wait on a phone call to the help desk for such a simple issue.
2) Equally when asked to sign at the end, I went through all sorts of mechanisms of trying to record my signature by taking a photo and uploading that, only to find a few pages later that there is a mechanism to do ones own signature. Why couldn't this be identified at the point of invitation to sign?
With both these points it would have saved me a lot of time, a phone call and trouble, to have put simple instructions on the appropriate page.

10 SECONDS to take it out of my bank
It's great! Until you need a refund! The garage I took my car to couldn't fix it for me so they requested a refund. It said it would be done in 3-5 working days. 5 working days later I had to phone to find out the status of my refund only to be told they hadn't received it. The person on the line said she would check and it had come in but they had been too busy to get to sorting it and blamed my bank for the delay. Now I have to wait at least another 10 working days for this to be sorted! It's annoying because of the fact that it takes about 10 SECONDS for them to take the money from my bank account but all this time for them to PUT IT BACK IN!
