I didn't like the work at all this time; it was clear that he did it in a rush. The cuts around the pipes and floor are poorly done. It doesn’t look good at all.

Absolutely fantastic company I've had a suite off them a cooker blinds for all my windows just recently had my flooring done by them in my kitchen and dining room the fitter was fantastic highly recommend this company

Fairly quick to respond and set up an appointment to come and visit with samples.
The whole process was explained to me and was simple enough to understand how it all works.
I felt like we were in good hands.
The only thing to be aware of is it won't end up being just £10 per week unless you were only wanting one ( basic sized ) room carpeting.
I had a large living room and my stairs and top landing done initially, they say that underlay and threshold strips are free , but we already had underlay down which was still good enough to use , when we told the agent this he said, " Oh really , well that will save you about 80 which we can knock off the total", so that didn't make sense to us . But hey ho, whatever.
You do need to pay a £40 deposit before anything can begin though.
The good thing is there's no credit checks but your starting credit limit is supposed to be only £400. Although my first order came to a bit more than that.
In total those carpets I just mentioned totalled at £580 and since we were to be paying every 2 weeks instead of weekly, our payments came to around £32.
Which would be about £16 per week. You are required to make the equivalent of 3 weekly payments with them before they'll set a fitting date with you. So I just paid 3 lots of £16 all in one go to get the ball moving asap.
Bear in mind though that you have to pay the carpet fitters in cash on the day of the fitting , our fee to pay was £170 .
If you pay off half of your balance then you qualify for a credit increase, so a couple of weeks after we had them fitted I decided to pay off just over half of my balance which then meant that we could place our 2nd order with them for our upstairs bedroom carpets.
The same as before, we already had underlay and so we only needed the carpets , we chose from a range of samples brought and made our first payment, funnily enough the total amount for those 2 carpets were the same price as what the downstairs had cost , strange co-inkydink ?!
Yes £580.
We got our fitting date but then my partner decided that he would fit them himself and so we just wanted them ones to be delivered only , this was no problem, but you do have to pay £29.99 for the delivery fee before they will deliver them to you.
Personally I wish I'd ignored my partner and paid the fitter again to fit them for me as I'm STILL waiting for my other half to fit the blumming carpets. I would do it myself but I'm still recovering after having recently had my 3rd baby ( this time without pain relief- not my choice at all ) so I can't be over doing things.
Overall a good experience and if you can't afford to pay upfront for your carpets, this is the next best option.

Great visit by Chris in the Northeast area, who explained everything about my purchase and fitting, what would happen on the day, explained what do to of if I needed to change appointment for the fitting, the fitters were brilliant and professional and took really good care when fitting my Vinyl flooring, I’ve used them before in the past and will definitely use them again in the future. Vinyls is excellent quality.

Everyone made it easy for me to apply,and Mathew who came round was so polite and explained everything to me. The fitters came on the time they gave me,they was very polite and fitted the carpet in no time.

The Carpets we have had are always good quality, however fitting has never Been a problem till the last times, and unfortunately after waiting all day for the fitter on the day arranged by the company the fitter turns up at 21.45pm and just delivers the carpet, no intention of fitting it or arranging another date . Then after complaining about this we get a phone call giving us a date over a month away !. We are customers who like to be loyal to a reliable company and as we have been returning customers for many years , unfortunately we will be taking our custom elsewhere from here on.

The guys that came really friendly amazing with my little boy made jokes. They did an absolutely amazing job in such a short time yeah thanks a lot guys you’ve made my house home. Highly recommended and I hope I get you to next time. Hope the Fanta was nice.
