Carpet fitters attitude was ridiculous uncalled for asked him to do a simple job bit me head off so delivered the carpet not fitted then proceeded to throw me money on the floor and said he wasn’t delivering the carpet

Not helping the disabled
Everything worked good and well up until the delivery where when even explaining I’m disabled and have pain and mobility issues he made me bring it in with him even stating I’m meant to be just dropping it at the doorstep. If someone had explained to me this was the case I would have made sure I had the muscle here to help, instead I’m now left sick and injured with a carpet stuck in the living room which is meant for upstairs until my brother and brother in law can come round.

Absolutely disgusting experience
Absolutely disgusting experience! They placed a mouldy carpet in my toddlers room!! Totally unacceptable, i paid off 90% of the carpet before It was put down , they said they was going to have some to come take a look and to stop taking more payment yet they kept moving the date, and continue to try and take more payments …its now been a mouth plus since they said they would get Somone out. Refused to replace because apparently they no longer have that carpet in stock…hm very convenient!Also constantly ignoring my complaints or given any recognition to any money back so thats£400 plus pounds gone with nothing to show or product that was suitable or safe . unsafe and poisonous products into your home, might just be the warehouse they use for the area of MANCHESTER but dont risk your money or families safety

Hello, this is the 3rd review you have left which is not for our company. We do not have a warehouse in Manchester and we have communicated this numerous times. We do not require you to pay off 90% before fitting and we do not have facilities in Manchester. Please stop leaving reviews for us, you are not our customer.
I’ve been a customer with pay weekly…
I’ve been a customer with pay weekly Carpets’s for 10yrs + never had problems, until now my fitting was booked for
15th September (rescheduled no carpet apparently)
2nd October rescheduled due to fitter issue
13th October received txt confirmation of my fitting at 8am so lifted the carpets and emptied the room, was rang at 9.05am and told there was a problem with the fitter (again)
Rescheduled 17th October, again removed all items from the lounge and no one showed.
Then received a txt on 18th from the fitter that he was on route, at this point I was just happy to have a carpet! When my carpet was removed from the van it was folded in half, so as you can imagine it was creased beyond belief.
Fitters proceeded to heat the carpet with a heat gun which did improve the creases, but they are far from removed, I’m now left with what can only be described as a ripple effect, so no doubt someone else will have to come back out to rectify the problem.
I can honestly say once the issue with my carpet is resolved I’ll use an alternative company.

Was ok could of done better fitting was not 100% carpet on stairs is loose the underlay was not done properly not the one to complain but for what I paid for it to be fitted not happy

I ordered black carpet for my bedroom…
I ordered black carpet for my bedroom and it's not black. Why would I order grey when the rest of my house is carpeted black. I was told I can have black to match the rest of my house?

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I have had a look at the account and i can see that you have ordered the Herringbone 78 which is a very dark charcoal grey, not a black and the Harlem 78 which is the same colour.
We have never had a jet black or full black carpet and this is apparent from the samples that we bring to your home and our sample photos online.

Broke picture frame hanging on a wall that was at a 6ft height. Said oh dear sorry lol and left it at that so who now owes me the money for the picture frame? If they thought it was in the way could of asked me to take it down

Despite getting to my house at 6 15, the 2 men worked their asses off and done a fantastic job.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, reliable service. Carpet is amazing quality and the fitters were super friendly and efficient. I couldn’t get my bed out the room to give them a clear canvas to work but they were great and worked around it. 10/10 will continue using the pay weekly service!
