The bike and trike rack is fantastic

How nice it was to build something of quality and British made.

Cannot fault the quality of Pendle bike racks. However I had to return the bike and trike rack ordered as it wasn’t big enough for our needs. The refund was eventually sorted but it took 2 emails and 2 phone calls after the 14 days to have this done. Brilliant products but admin maybe not so?

Excellent product and service from PBR. The only improvement I could see would be to include an exploded technical drawing in the installation instructions.

I changed my vehicle quite quick this time and I needed to get a new universal bracket to get me out cycling with the lads .The site was good , the delivery 1st class and the new bracket is excellent! It's my third one on different vehicles and the improvements are really good! Many thanks Derrick

Been using the rack for a couple of months now, brought mainly to put the ebike on the roof. With battery removed comes in under 20kg and the rack has held firm. Have the 15mm adaptors fitted and have had to adjust them in or out when having different brand of forks on to take out the slack. Useful to be able to do this or you have a clunk when on twisty bumpy roads.

Pendle's service was excellent, I had questions about the rack I was purchasing, all were answered promptly and once ordered the rack arrived in good time. The quality is exceptional to the point of almost being over engineered which is exactly what you want for something you are going to attach to the back of your vehicle. I have no hesitation in giving this a highly recommended status.

I was looking for a method for transporting by e-trike and my partners e-bike. I thought it would be a trailer of some sort but storing a trailer was a problem which did not solve. Then I came across Pendle bike carriers.
I did the measurements , had a tow bar fitted and bought a WT+ Pendle bike rack. We have gone camping in the Peak District and took both bikes. It was a doddle. Also storage is easy , I up end it in the back of our garage and it takes up very little room. The quality of engineering is excellent . It is made from high tensile steel and substantial block that bolts onto the tow bar . It comes off and goes on easily . I am 80 years old and it works for me. Well Done Pendle!!!

Great product and easy to assembled , packaged well and no problem with the delivery 👍

I particularly wanted a single bike rack for towbar mounting on my Renault Clio hatchback, and saw the W1 early on during my searches, and I ended up coming back to it in the end. It was mail ordered direct from Pendle, very easy payment and quick delivery, think it was 2 days. The packaging is awesome, someone had a lot of fun working out all the cardboard shapes. Really like the idea of the mounting block as a permanent fixture behind the tow ball flange, this seems a unique feature compared to other rival carriers! At a moment's notice you can either hitch a trailer or mount the carrier without having to alter anything on the towbar. Unlike some other reviewers, I found the assembly easy and logical. I also like how it dismantles easily for storage and not take up a lot of space. Just a couple of minor quibbles, the threaded holes in the mounting block I had to run through with hole taps to remove the paint from the threads, otherwise the bolts would not want to go in and I didn't want to force them. Secondly, the rear ends of the horizontal tubes had sharp edges where they were sawn or cut through, easily removed with some emery paper but could be a cause of cut injuries to the unwary!

We bought the towbar conversion kit and it's perfect. It's built brilliantly and will be very useful for use with any bike rack.

Rubbish product, heavy . Difficult to put on and off the car

Great bike rack fitted to my defenders droplate hitch perfectly, can use and remove with out hassle. Service from Pendle was great.

I love PBR products. I live in the EU and wanted PBR to post directly to me. You were not interested.
Why can I buy on on ebay, Amazon etc and receive seamless delivery from the UK, but not from PBR. This will affect future decisions.
Otherwise you are a great company with great products.

Called up to double check a product before ordering. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Item received within time frame.
