The WT+ for bike & trike is a clever and probably unique carrier. Piecing it together is straightforward if slightly tedious, but the end result is very good. This is quite a heavy carrier, make sure your car and towbar can take the combined weight. Removing the carrier from the mounting block can be very tricky. The use of silicone spray helped. But all in all, a perfect solution! In addition queries to Pendle are answered promptly and sensibly.

Company extremely helpful, not yet used bike rack but impressed with the build and style.

Sent the wrong part (same thing but different size) I contacted them and they corrected and got the right part out straight away. Mistakes happen but Pendle sorted it with minimal hassle

Clear advice as to suitability of racks

I recently purchased a trike rack from PBR and I found them terrific to deal with. Really swift responses to all my question and attentive follow ups on small details that needing changing. We bought the rack for transport my wife's electric mountain trike - PBR were very proactive in liaising The Mountain Trike company to ensure that everything worked when we rocked up to get the rack fitted - PBR fitted the rack which I would thoroughly recommend unless you are mechanically minded.

Bought W2+ after a recommendation from Jorvic Trikes. Was not easy to assemble. The instructions were ok and with a neighbors' help it took over an hour. Attaching the steel tubes proved awkward to ensure enough was available to attach the 'security plate' Then the number plate! A good idea would be to deliver it with a flat plate for an easier sticky attachment instead of using a 6mm short bolt and nut. Driving with just a trike attached it is very 'bouncy' especially on pot holed and bumpy gravel tracks.
