Big shout out to Pendel for my Trike Rack, I can confirm my Rack was easy to fit & perfectly stable at motorway speeds/acceleration. Very happy with the product, my Pendel Rack carried my Jorvik Trike with ease.

Very prompt efficient service. Product exactly as described well made and solved our problem.

Delivered on time and kit was complete. I understood the instructions but was set back by the need to have torque spanners to mount the block onto the tow plate of our motorhome. We also aspire to use the rack on our KIA Sportage. Once installed onto the 'horn' type towbar we were worried by the amount of leverage applied to the horn and to the back tyres. Will these serve with the rack plus trike (34kg) plus bike (20kg)???

I purchased my first Pendal bike carrier about 1990. I was pleased with it, I purchased ball mount, as opposed to a two bolt mount, for this about 5 years later again pleased and a rack suitable for Ebikes without cross bars about two years ago again pleased. Pendal had been my "go to supplier" for bike carriers. When my Ebike carrier was damaged by fire I went straight to purchase a W2 replacement without considering other suppliers. The design of the W2 carrier falls way below the previous designs. The rack is much longer than it needs to be for two bikes, making the overall length of car plus carrier long, giving difficulty with finding long parking spaces and potentially increasing ferry charges. The fitting of 7 pin electrics, without reversing lights or high intensity rears which come with 13 pin electrics, that were fitted on my 14 year old car so are pretty universal now, is not what I expect from a carrier with a top of the range price. I am now actively looking at alternative racks that are smaller and hopefully with up to date electrics. Pendal have gone from being my go to supplier to just an expensive supplier of bike carriers.

I bought an Ergorack for my wife's ebike and was so pleased that when I bought an ebike I bougt a second rack. We have just completed a long trip through Spain with both bikes on the roof with no problems at all. Just make sure your roof bars can take the required load. The advice and service from PBR has been excellent.

Received the product very quickly, there was a small issue with the rack that was resolved by Pendle straight away, excellent service.

A very easy to use website and fast delivery with tracking and updates. I've previously owned the legacy 2 bike tow ball rack and opted for the 1 bike rack this time around. Very easy to install, despite there being no instructions I could find, well packaged and the updates to materials used and paint look great. If I had one criticism it would be overall rack security. The legacy tow ball block had a welded on half loop that could be used to pull a bike chain through and lock the rack to the tow ball block. Admittedly the tow ball block is only mounted by four bolts and there is no way to lock the block to the car, but the updated block has very little in the way of security. There is a small plate that sits underneath the block and slots onto the tubular rack support ends. It is only secured to the tow ball block with a small bolt that would be easy to undo quickly. Given the rack is worth £300 itself I would have thought more locking points that are part of the overall block would have been a better security minded design. I still like the rack though and it's far better then any Thule rack on the market.

I bought the hang-on bike rack. It was despatched in a very timely manner. However, I was unable to fit the security plate. I contacted Pendle by chat and I was guided through a fix that required me to file away excess paint. The end result was satisfactory, but it was disappointing that such a high-quality product should be at fault in this way.

Excellent, well made product. Easy to fit with straight forward instructions. Also great it had two options to mount to tow ball.

Delivery was super quick too.

Would definitely recommend.

Solid bit of Kit Perfect for our slightly longer wheelbase touring recumbent bikes

Excellent service and product .
With the narrow roads around Surrey, I prefer the bikes to be trailing behind the car . On a normal Bike Rack due to the length of the E-bikes the wheels stick out on either side and I have damaged a rear wheel on the hedgerow I was also limited to three bikes due to weight restrictions on my tow bar.
The Pendle Bike trailer certainly avoids any problems with Hedgerows and also allows us to take six bikes at once , great for travelling to the various events with my family and friends, love my purchase.
