First class. Friendly,informative,professional service cannot fault them

A well thought out product which ticks all the boxes for us. We need minimal adjustments made to it to enable us to carry our tandem on the back of our camper van.

Great service from Pendle for delivery of a bike trailer - dimensions exactly as described, delivered securely on a pallet, and fantastic build quality. Comms post-order, pre delivery, could have been more proactive as the lead time went out to two weeks vs the 48hrs described, but response on chat was very quick. Recommended.

Many thanks to Pendle, we bought a hang on rack to use while towing and then upgraded to the rear towbar rack. Pendle were very helpful in allowing us just to buy the parts not included in the original rack at a good saving.
The racks themselves are properly made from strong materials with an excellent behind the towbar bracket. We carry two heavy ebikes very securely on them.

Great bike rack. Able to carry an extra heavy load and adaptable to suit different styles of bike. Customer service is excellent also.

Great service and quality product, helpful and informative staff, arrived well packed and on time. Rack is well made and easy to set up and use. Loading the combined e mtb and rack a little heavy but as your placing the combination directly on to the roof bars you don't have to worry about marking the roof. Definitely recommend this product.

Easy to use website with lots of helpful information. Easy online ordering process. I was contacted/emailed by tech support minutes after placing the order to double check if the 2nd backplate was intentional as one is already included (it was needed for a second car). Absolutely superb.
Quick despatch and delivery, easy assembly, strong and solid components and an extremely well designed bike rack.
Mounts on the two bar superbly, is easily adjustable and stable on the back of the car.
Also, due to the design, it's possible to use lcoks and cables/chains to ward of the opportunist thief.
Far exceeded expectations - will be buying again :)
Maybe the option of a cover with fixings to the rack itself could be considered?

I've been looking for an option to carry my heavy Whyte E-180 full suspension E-Mountain Bike (25.5kg with front wheel removed just under 23kg) on the roof of my car to save having to use the tow bar carrier all the time. Not found another manufacturer that has a high enough load rating. Thule have a MAX 15kg. Anyway the Pendle Ergorack is a fantastic solution. Dead easy to fit. It does require roof bars with a 'T' track. I use Thule Wingbar Edge bars & the components are a doddle to fit. I leave it on the car & lift the bike onto the carrier but it's easier to fit the Ergorack to the bike 1st when its upside down on the floor next to the car. Some people may be better having a friend/partner to help lift on. I have a Boost Thru axle on a RockShox Zeb fork. When the bike is attached it is solid which I was reassured about as I drive to the Alps with bikes each year & I'll be confident using the Ergorack for that journey too. Most RockShox forks have Torque cap compatible forks & the only thing that would improve the Ergorack would be to have adaptors to suit Torque caps that way the fork would hold into the rack a little more sturdy until you screw your axle in!!
Security wise it doesn't lock onto the roof bars like Thule systems so fingers crossed nobody pinches it!! I've used Loctite on the fixing bolt threads to make it a little more difficult. It doesn't take long to remove it from the roof if that's a worry.
It only comes with the chosen adaptors so if you need others for different axle bikes order at the same time to avoid extra delivery costs.
Anyway, excellent product & next day delivery.
