The postage free option was stated as up to 14 days delivery. My order arrived in 2 days. Excellent service.

Ordered couple of items, at first I made a mistake in my email address which caused the order to be cancelled. I was asked to re-order with the correct email address which I did and after checking my order status it indicated "processing", all good so far. Initially I went for the free delivery which was over a week and so a week later I contacted PCBuyer to get an idea of when the goods will arrive. To my surprise I was told that the order was cancelled and no other reason was given to me other than that they advised me to re-order which I had done anyway and afterwards sent PCBBuyer an email stating that the order went through successfully. I now needed these items urgently as the installation date was in two days. I was yet again asked to re-order which I did and paid an extra £7 for next day delivery. At this point I was contacted by PCBuyer to confirm that they had the order and it may arrive in two different packages the next day but don't be alarmed because both will arrive by the end of the day. It was nice of them to call me and let me know. The next day I only received the one package, the second one arrived the following day which was too late. This resulted in an unhappy client and the fact that I had to make two visits for the installation. The only positive that I can give this company is that they contacted me to let me know of the situation even though it didn’t work out the intended way.
