Brilliant service and price!
Ordered my new monitor at 4.15pm, a big saving compared to my local large superstore, it was delivered to me at 9.15 the next morning.

Dell monitor
Bought late November, received excellent help from staff via the Chat, who know how to deal with all kinds of doubts; they also gave good advice about how to buy other items such as HDMI cable. Order received the following day after placing it, by Fed Ex. In sum, honest people, very competent, who know what they sell (they actually know more than the Chat guys from Dell).

Excellent website with full details of company given. Very easy to place order and a good price. Was able to track delivery and received an email about an hour before driver arrived.

Very good company. I ordered a new monitor but it arrived with the wrong power cable. They shipped the correct one, which arrived less than 24hrs later. Really good customer service, with a real and helpful person at the other end of the phone. Competitively priced goods too.

I would never use them again. Pointless in having Amazon Pay/Checkout if it’s not going to work. Twice I bought goods and they were put on hold. On the advice of their own agent I then purchased it directly which they then failed to tell me that they cancelled the order so I’m sat there twiddling my thumbs waiting for my delivery. Rubbish company and even worse service. I wouldn’t recommend them....

Funny because I use the same card on Amazon website directly since 2007!!!

That’s a sorry excuse and lying is not the right thing either, your agent said totally something else and even then because I called you! What goes around comes around. Childish excuses and believe me this review is correct and totally true.

I would have expected an apology and maybe then I may have actually removed this review. “Customer is KING”

Although Fedex messed up the delivery for one of the screens both screens are working fine will buy again
