Very quick service and good communication. My ThinkPad laptop arrived in "as new" condition. Absolutely no problems with the operation of the laptop so far.

Excellent..they'd reinstalled windows 10 as requested, and the new laptop turned up within days. As ordered. Very easy and good experience all round.

Excellent item & service

PC Renewed really deserve a five star rating for the quality of the refurbished laptop and for the rapid dispatch. However, their choice to use such an unreliable carrier as "APC Overnight" caused me considerable inconvenience and distress as they failed to deliver on the first two days that they said they would, when I stayed in especially to receive the package, and were incredibly inefficient in keeping me informed of what was going on. Its obvious that when they get delayed, they switch off their tracking so you've no idea what's happening. They did eventually deliver on the third day but merely dropped the parcel over a 4ft high gate into the garden - not a good idea for a computer! Fortunately I found it. If PC Renewed employed a better carrier, I would definitely have awarded them a five star rating. By the way, if I was being asked to rate "APC Overnight", I would struggle to give them one star.

PC Renewed supplied me with an excellent condition PC. Couldn't find any marks or wear on it. They advised me of a delay with the reason and rescheduled dispatch. All went well with the new plan. Very pleased with them.

Good website explaining different set ups and prices. Obviously nervous about purchasing a refurbished gaming laptop, but had no need to worry. The Laptop I received had been fully refurbished to a high standard and is perfect for my requirement. Good Company, recommended!

Good value prompt delivery and laptop looks as new. My daughter is really pleased.As described great service. Will be buying one for myself in near future

The laptop arrived promptly, was in good condition and worked as expected.
The only negative was that Windows login always starts with an account called "User", even after I deleted this account in settings (having previously created 2 new accounts of my own). This is not a major issue but it is irritating. I phoned PC Renewed and they said someone would look into it and phone me back, which they didn't.

You need to update customers on delays or if you haven't shipped out the order, I have to contact you more than 4 days after paying because I have no updates on delivery or courier details.
Remember people need to take time off to be in for deliveries so bare that in mind.
The laptop is absolutely perfect, clean, no issues, glitches and even works better than the one I use for work. Definitely will be buying more for my other bits I'm doing. My daughter bought one and she LOVES hers also so quality of items is 10/10, communication is lacking.

Laptop was perfect exactly as described the packaging was top class and delivery was quicker than I expected. All in all a brilliant experience.

Purchased 2 (well priced) laptops from these guys, they came promptly and were well packaged. They were in proper Grade A condition as advertised (unlike some refurbs who stretch the idea of Grade-A to it's limits). One of them wouldn't update and started to blue-screen. Their customer service was simply excellent, they paid for the return of the laptop, and then even though they couldn't diagnose the problem sent me a replacement Laptop that was better then the one I purchased initially. This was all done with good communication and a no- fuss approach. I cannot rate their service highly enough and the replacement laptop is perfect. Thankyou very much for a great experience!

Very glad I chose PC Renewed. Was looking for a laptop to practise Linux (maybe to adopt it when support for Windows 10 ends). Website very clear and well organised. After I found some likely options I phoned and immediately got knowledgeable and friendly advice. Selected a fairly recent Thinkpad, T470, at a very reasonable price.

After ordering I had one or two questions, which were sorted by chat. I realised I wanted a laptop with Bluetooth, and this was swiftly accommodated. Ordered on Thursday, despatched Friday and arrived the following Monday.

Altogether very professional and relaxed service and a nice machine with a year's warranty. Took all the stress out of buying secondhand. Very strong recommend.

All good and arrived day after promised. So not bad at all.
Could do with better communication from initial purchase to let people know the expected delivery date. It took to emails from me to get a reply.
Still not bad and I'd use them again.

Gave a fantastic laptop for a very reasonable price, and was shipped to be delivered within 2 days. The laptop was fantastic quality and well worth the lower price tag. Great value, great delivery time, great quality laptop. Cannot recommend enough!!
