Microsoft Surface Pro - Refurbished
I have bought several used laptops from Tier1 over the years. Always found them to be reliable to deal with and always been pleased with the products. On the odd occasion when I needed aftersales support they are responsive and solved the issue without drama.
Delivered ahead of expectations. Packaging was impressive (card box with inflated plastic all-round the laptop - although the device moved around within it and could have been better secured.
Would I recommend - yes. Will I order again in the future - most likely.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent purchase from Tier1Online deserves one. I bought a Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q after doing a lot of preparation. With the help of AI, I drafted a clear specification of what I needed, and from there I compared five of the most trusted refurbished PC sellers. I narrowed it down to the top two and contacted both.

The ThinkPad itself was in almost perfect condition apart from minor scratches and blemishes to the exterior (this type of body is prone to that) tkThe keyboard , screen, webcam and all ports looked brand new). Worked very well out of the box, no issues at all. Very happy with the purchase. A great 14" laptop at a really good price. The delivery was good too, but the courier didn't update me between saying they were "expecting to receive my order" and then another 2 days later saying my parcel would be delivered in 3 hours. Luckily I was in but I'd appreciate knowing the date of delivery beforehand. This is on the courier tho, not the vendor.
