I have now bought two Lenovo thinkpads…
I have now bought two Lenovo thinkpads and have been really impressed by both the quality and service of Tier1online. Good to note that the grading is very fair. I bought a C grade last time and I could hardly see a mark on it apart from the fact that the plastic logo had come off (which I don't care about in the slightest).

Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Support
I purchased a refurbished touchscreen laptop from Tier1 for my 7-year-old daughter, and while she loved it initially, the screen started coming off the case just two months later. I contacted Tier1 and provided a picture of the issue, but they classified it as accidental damage and refused to repair it. This is definitely not accidental damage—the laptop has been well cared for. It seems the touchscreen wasn't properly fitted during refurbishment, and I’m disappointed that Tier1 won't take responsibility for this fault. I will not be purchasing from them in future.

I ordered a "refurbished" Samsung Tablet. Upon arrival, it looked brand new - no signs of wear and tear at all. It arrived well packed to prevent damage, and arrived quickly.
I will definately order from your company again.

Samsung tablet was found to be in excellent condition despite being listed and priced as Grade C.
Only minor complain was they sent us an iPhone charging cable but that error was swiftly rectified the following day.

Amazing customer services
I have brought 2 laptops and an I pad from tier1 in the last year.
On Monday night my daughter’s laptop brought in October failed to charge and wouldn’t turn on. After a fiddle I realised it was beyond me and e mailed customer services (at 7:15pm!) .
I received an e mail on Tuesday morning at 9:05 to apologise and offer a replacement without me asking. They arranged a swap courier and I am now sat with my new laptop (an upgrade as the one was not in stock!) on Wednesday at 11:30 am. I can’t believe it! It has been so easy! So hassle free! I’m delighted!

Great Customer Service
I bought a laptop 11 months ago, which worked great until the last month or so when an issue with the taskbar occurred. Jordine from customer service was really helpful, quick to respond and friendly when helping to resolve the issue. The laptop was still under warranty, and Jordine was very communicative throughout the process.

Placed 1 order, never again
First and only order arrived with battery which went from 100% to flat in 3 minutes when unplugged.
It doesnt say much for their 20 point quality check if this issue wasn't picked up.
Another company who thinks 'pass it on to the consumer and see if they notice'.
Laptop sent straight back. Wont be ordering from this company again.
