Ordered a laptop in September, not before badgering some poor staff member with a million questions. All of which were answered immediately.

Order arrived with plenty of protection to survive the perilous courier service, and arrived within 24 hours of paying.

Fast forward to the 18th December, the laptop just randomly turned off and wouldn’t power on. After a bit of self diagnostics, I reached out to ask if there was something they could suggest.

After trying a few of the suggested fault finding methods, it was deemed the laptop had developed a fault. So a pre paid service was arranged to collect the laptop for repair/replacement.

Within a few days I had heard back, the fault was the memory, which was replaced and the laptop was then overnighted to me. All of which was in the mad rush of Christmas post.

For the response and level of customer satisfaction that I have received, I very much doubt I would shop anywhere else.

I'm glad I went with PC renewed as I was looking at so many refurbished websites. I had a chat with Joey from customer service sales at PC renewed and he was friendly approachable and very helpful. In fact one of the best customer service agents I have spoken to and a real credit to the company. Needless to say I have ordered a laptop from them.

If you're considering PC renewed then go for it. They have 4.8 stars on Trustpilot for a reason.

Just received a Lenovo X270 laptop from PC Renewed yesterday and if you'd not been told it was refurbished you'd be forgiven for thinking it was brand new. Not a mark on it, So pleased I went with them instead of eBay or another firm. You're getting a £1500 laptop for £169.99.

I had an issue with the battery and I called the office and a really nice chap called Craig answered after 3 rings and offered to send me a replacement battery with no questions asked and no charge. PC World would make me do 50 diagnostics before they even thought about sending a replacement part and this company do it on a £150 used machine.

I honestly don't see myself ever buying new again. Not when you can get a machine that is better than new (I'd be lucky to get an entry level Chromebook within my budget or a non branded netbook with half the ram and an 8th of the storage) so if you are concerned about waste and/or on a shoestring budget go to them.

Also I strongly recommend you buy direct from their website. They are. On other platforms but the inventory changes daily (I was checking daily for a couple of months waiting for my Xmas payday to arrive!) so you're going to get the best deals available on the day. I thought I'd only be able to stretch to a 128gb SDD and on the day I bought it one with a 256gb was available for the same price.
I don't often write reviews but I am so impressed with the laptop and the service I felt it necessary to share my experience.

This is the second laptop I've bought from PC Renewed. An ex-corporate laptop, in A1 condition, is every bit as good as a new one, and considerably better value for money!

It comes with a digital license and a clean-loaded OS (with a local Admin user account), so it works straight out of the box. The packaging is excellent, thus ensuring a safe delivery.

I'd highly recommend this company.

Fast delivery, product as advertised, perfect!

Easy to use - I had already researched what PC I wanted inc memory, etc so I recommend doing this first. This is the 2nd Lenovo laptop I have purchased from PC Renewed and the first one has no issues in 1 year+, hence the repeat business!

I ordered a laptop from PC Renewed through Amazon. The laptop supplied had a problem with the M2 drive connection. That laptop was returned and after contacting PC Renewed on the phone a replacement laptop was supplied with exactly the spec I wanted and in excellent condition (almost looks brand new). The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend / purchase from PC Renewed again

I deliberately wanted to purchase a refurbished laptop for my daughter as her first computer as it needed to be robust, be repairable if accidents happened and cost under £400 for a reasonable spec that would run Windows 11. PC Renewed were easy to order from and had a good selection of laptops, I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad T480.

We had an issue as they initially sent the wrong screen specification for the laptop we ordered, but this was sorted easily and quickly with no nonsense. They arranged collection of the wrong unit and the delivery of the correct unit on the next working day.

Anyone can make an error, but Craig sorted out the issue in a professional, efficient and friendly way. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Just as described, arrived promptly, well packaged. Good service all round.

After being let down by another refurbished laptop company, they came to the rescue and the item was A1 standard, and was sent out for delivery on the day promised when I ordered. Very good service.
