Asked for more information from incident over 12 weeks ago!!!
I called the number which stated you were open until 9pm that night ( I rang before 6). Man on phone did not have a clue - didn’t know where any of the vets Were!!! or when they could contact me. I advised I had a 20 year old cat who wasn’t well, and felt it was her time. Explained she couldn’t walk & wasn’t eating etc. the man said it didn’t seem an emergency so to leave it until maybe Monday. Sadly, she died during the night. I don’t know how much pain she was in.

Vets2Home's service was a massive support to us at short notice. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to end our beautiful 11 year old Dalmatian Bettie's life when she took a sudden down turn with the chemo she was having. We had only, a week before, felt such hope for a possible extension to her life with this treatment and then suddenly we were seeing her deteriorate and suffer and had to make decisions no-one ever wants to make regarding a loved member of the family. Through all the upset, worry and shock we found ourselves speaking to the most caring and calm Vets2Home person on the phone. Nothing seemed difficult to arrange. Dr Suzen arrived and gave us time to say when we were ready for the first sedation jab. I can't say any of it was easy, of course. Seeing Bettie drift into a deep slumber, saying all her favourite things, cuddling her, kissing her, deciding when to call Dr Suzen back in for the final jab then seeing Bettie taking her last breath. This was all immensely emotional and distressing for me and my daughters. I'm crying as I write this and it has taken me a month and a half to be able to do this. We are heartbroken💔 Bettie was in good hands. The basket she was placed in with her own blanket made her look so peaceful. The small candle and verse Dr Suzen gave us was such a caring touch. I think this was a beautiful and loving end for our poor girl. Even though I wish with all my heart that she was still here. I miss her everyday 😢💔 I wholeheartedly recommend ringing Vets2Home. Even for advice. They truly are angels and will help you through this devasting time.

My sweet beloved Chihuahua was struggling & I knew that his heart was failing. I wanted to give him the best send-off. I owed that little dog so very much. So I asked around for companies who euthanized dogs at home. People gave a massive thumbs up for this company, so I called. It's the hardest thing to do & I was already crying when I called but the receptionist was calm, and thoughtful, explaining things to me. On the day, I was given a time frame of when they would be there. When Dr.Joe arrived, he was quietly spoken and explained what would happen. I had already paid so that was taken care of. I then put my Faithful little friend on my lap in his favourite blanket, and Dr Jo administered the first injection. Then he almost faded into the back ground, as I stroked and talked to my dog and said my goodbyes. He looked at me a couple of times and it was an "it's ok and a thank you" look. He began to drift into a deep sleep. Dr Joe, then had to give him.the final injection and squeezed Ted's paw to make sure that he was in deep sleep. Again I felt like it was just me and my little one. Dr.Joe said that he was going to go and make a little bed up for Ted to keep him safe on his final journey. When I was ready to pass him over, he took him and put a cover on him and he looked peaceful. He then took him away to be cremated.
Honestly, it's not easy at the best of times but my boy deserved to go, in a place he knew, he wasn't stressed. This company treated me and my faithful little dog with huge respect. If I could mark them higher then I would. My home feels empty, but I know he fell asleep in my arms, which has given me the opportunity to grieve. You can choose to have the ashes scattered, have them delivered to your home, or delivered to your vets. I chose the latter as I owe them for the last medical bill. Love from your pet is unconditional, and I wanted to honour him in a way I felt would be easier for him. It was.

Saying goodbye to our much-loved cat Rolly Pop was one of the hardest days of our lives – but Vets2Home made the experience as gentle and peaceful as we could ever have hoped for.

The support from Amanda and Andrea in the office was incredible – every email we sent was answered quickly and with warmth and understanding. Andrea even called us at the exact time we had asked, to arrange Rolly’s visit and keep us informed right up until Dr Jo arrived.

Dr Jo was simply amazing. He texted us on the way, arrived on time, and immediately put us at ease. Although we were full of sadness, his calm and empathetic approach helped make the experience less frightening. Nothing felt rushed – he explained everything clearly and gave us all the time we needed. Rolly passed away peacefully on his favourite spot on the sofa.

Afterwards, we were given the opportunity to let Rolly’s sister, Mitsy, see him – which was gently encouraged to help her process what had happened. It was such a thoughtful part of the experience, and we’re really grateful for it.

We later decided to change the cremation arrangements, and the team updated everything smoothly and confirmed it all by email – no stress at all, just kindness and efficiency.

Every single person we dealt with showed so much compassion. We are incredibly thankful to the whole Vets2Home team for the dignity, respect and care they gave to Rolly and to us.

An angel came for my beautiful girl yesterday. Her name was Dr Suzen. It wasn’t a moment too soon. She hardly knew she was there and she drifted off to her forever sleep in my arms. It was the most beautiful thing I’d ever experienced.

When you know the time is right, and you will know, Vets2homes allow you to spend time with your loved one at home in their last hours, without putting them, or you, through the stress of travel and a clinical environment.

I know this is a regular review and Dr Suzen must see this every day but she somehow made it personal and made us feel special, as if Tizzy was the most precious creature, which she was to me.

I cannot rate her highly enough. You have once chance to say goodbye and Vets2Homes make it a beautiful memory.

Dr Jo and all the team who arranged our beautiful boy’s goodbye were absolutely wonderful. From my first phone call to our home visit they handled everything with care, compassion, true professionalism and respect. They truly are angels at such a sad time. Couldn’t have asked for a better send off for our boy. He passed peacefully eating chocolate biscuits and the sweet touches they provide show how much they care for you and your pets. We can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for us and supporting us through such a sad time .x❤️x

Vets2Home helped me and my Wife say goodbye to our adored and irreplaceable love, Bert, an eleven year-old Whippet, who had to leave us sooner than any of us –except perhaps Bert, who knew his own body—had ever expected

We were so sad and scared and shocked and -quite honestly- unsure how to proceed, when it became apparent that Bert had, without warning, reached the end of his life with us, and yet Vets2Home were the right measure of sensitive, and strong in the way they guided us through this saddest and last of our days as a family of three

I can’t speak much about those last moments other than to reassure you that Vets2Home let us say goodbye in a way that matched the tone of the life Bert lived, that is to say, at home with us (and lots of cheese) and free of stress. Bert loathed the vets, it made him sick with stress and the drugs they gave him made him sicker still. Never would we have allowed him to die alone, on an operating table, through the sole use of a heart-stopping drug, or subject him to subsequent months of dwindling returns, living out his final days miserable and undergoing stressful and uncertain procedures with corporately owned businesses more interested in money than animal welfare

Our recent loss still utterly breaks my heart. Me and my Wife are still processing what has happened but, being able to look back and think “Bert lived his life to the absolute full, and, when the time came, we were strong for him, and let him transition whilst being held by the ones who loved him most”. We have Vets2Home to thank for that

Such gentle kindness and empathy from everyone in the team that we came in contact with but especially from Dr Suzen.
To be able to give our wonderful friend a calm and peaceful goodbye in our garden with all of us there was so special.
Dr Suzen guided us gently through each step while also not intruding on the moment. She had thought of every detail so that we could concentrate on saying goodbye.

My senior cat got diagnosed with cancer and went downhill very quickly. I got to the point where I had to make a very hard decision to have her put down. My vet recommended vets2home and I booked them in. My cat declined rapidly and in the end vets2home essentially then responded to an emergency situation and came earlier in the day instead. I will be forever grateful to the team. Without them I would have been alone with my cat dying. Vets2home made the whole experience more bearable and a lot less lonely. They were kind and understanding and the vet said some lovely things when my cat passed away which genuinely made me feel so comforted. Vets2home also put my partner’s 16 year old dog down a few years ago, and away they were amazing. Thank you to see the team especially Andrea and Jo. I will be forever grateful and can’t thank you enough for being the only light during such a dark time.

Vets2Homes were amazing. We were guided through the process by the admin team and an appointment was made for Dr Jo to come to the house. Dr Jo was very kind and compassionate. Our beloved Frankie had the quiet and peaceful end he deserved. Dr Jo explained the procedure thoughtfully. We would thoroughly recommend Vets2Home. Having a pet put to sleep is so awful but Dr Jo made it bearable.

When our cat, Cato, was unexpectedly diagnosed with an advanced and inoperable tumour, he didn't recover from his examination and panic attack at the vet hospital. During the following 12 hours, he sank lower and was obviously not going to rally. I was then desperate to end his suffering. Although fully booked until late evening, Lex at Pets2Home managed to shuffle the schedule to allow the vet to make their visit in time for us to take Cato to the crematorium that same day, saving us the trauma of keeping his body at home overnight. Emma, the vet who attended Cato, was the most professional, gentle, caring and understanding person. She very kindly explained beforehand, step by step, all that we should expect to happen. She was so quiet and respectful, approached Cato very carefully, was led by what we wanted and was best for him, and made his departure as positive as this can ever be. Thankfully, Cato's end was very peaceful and swift. Emma carried him downstairs and let us commune with him on our lap for as long as we needed. She then curled him into his blanket and placed him in his basket ready for us to transport him to the crematorium, checking whether or not to leave his face visible for us to see; so much thoughtfulness. She ended her visit with a warm and genuine hug of sympathy, having made the most awful event at least bearable. Vets2Home are an excellent service.

Thank you very much for your support and kindness. I very much appreciated Dr Emma’s attendance, especially at short notice. Her explanations, patience and empathy on the day we had to say goodbye to our Lily, were so amazing and made the heartbreak of the day a little easier to bear. Recently we had to say our goodbyes to our loving, loyal and devoted Milo. She slipped away so peacefully, Dr Suzen was so professional and caring. She took time sitting with us, spoke to us explaining everything so clearly. She was extremely respectful and gave us time to say our goodbyes in our own time. Our fur baby suddenly declined over 24 hours and it was a weekend. We did not want to take him to an emergency vets he didn’t know.
I had heard of Vets2home and gave them a call.
From the very first contact, in the early evening of Saturday, the compassion shown was amazing.
The vet arrived at lunchtime on Sunday having previously send an email and then a text with her arrival time.
She was with us for 45 minutes showing the upmost compassion to us and our dog.
She uses a two stage approach so that the dog is peacefully sleeping before she gave the life ending injection.
She then bought in a lovely dog bed and blankets for our dog to be placed in before she took him away to be cremated.
We had a choice of containers for his remain.
The whole process was a wonderful comfort to us at a terrible time,

Dr Suzen was was Laceys Angel she was so gentle, kind and compassionate. The day of 17th October 2023 will stay with me forever,it started with the difficult call to Vets2Home to ask for help for my beautiful Lacey. I was told that Dr Suzen would be making home visit that day to help Lacey and me.Dr Suzen was amazing she was Laceys Angel sent to help Lacey pass with no suffering. I'm so glad that Dr Suzen founded Vets2Home to help our beloved pets and their families. My mother used to say "Angel's walk amongst us" and she was right! Dr Suzen and her eldest daughter, Amanda are proof! They helped our family through one of the hardest days imaginable, letting go and saying goodbye to our beautiful 14 year old Irish Staffordshire bull terrier, Roxy. Amanda was in contact with us, via text messages all day, keeping us updated and informed, with a grace and kindness above and beyond our expectations. Dr Suzen came to our home and was absolutely amazing! Calm, kind, compationate, professional and timeless attention was given to us as well as to Roxy! We were definitely in the presence of an Angel walking amongst us! This is an incredible company, providing a first class service! Dr Suzen has created a flawless service that she performs with perfection and professionalism! Bless you Dr Suzen, for your dedication in the work you do and for giving so much of yourself to helping animals and families like ours! Natasha came to our house the dayafter we made cotact, spent nealry a hour with us, there was no rushing or clock watching. She ensured our cat was heavily sedated and let's take our time to say goodbye. Our cat passed peacefully at home on his favourite blanket. Thank you

Our experience was a bad one.
Please don't let this company take advantage of you during your hours of grief. They failed us and did not fulfill their promise as a business. Still, they took the extortionate fee! We were not given the chance to give our pet the beautiful send-off that this vet has thoroughly advertised. We received a pointless 'sorry' with no attempt to compensate.

From my first tearful phone call to the moment the vet left we and our pets were treated with great kindness,compassion and respect.I was fearful we had left it to late as our cat deteriorated very suddenly on a bank holiday weekend but i was assured it would be ok and it was.I cant express how wonderful Vet Sue was,everything was explained,what we wanted was no problem.My boy never knew a thing he just purred his way over the rainbow bridge.Our animals were all given time to say goodbye and i could not have asked for a more peaceful and gentle was for Olivers life story to end.

Kindness and respect are the words I would use when I think of Dr Suzen. She helped us say goodbye to our lovely dog Cookie in July, in a calm and really gentle way.
We were given lots of reassurance and all the time we needed at every step and although we are left with lots of sadness we have the knowledge that Cookie was never worried or scared in any way. She was at home and in her own surroundings. Big thanks to Dr Suzen and her team.
