I have bought 3 pairs of fresh water pearls from PearlOnly, first pair was for my son’s wedding. Very happy with these, they were the larger pearl stud and paired beautifully with my dress. I decided to purchase another 2 pairs, this time in lavender and 1 was large size and the other in a smaller size 7-8mm in AAAA quality in Lavender set in white gold, just love these, they are great for work or weekends and love the shine. Very quick delivery, can highly recommend.

I brought a pair of Tahiti pearl earrings five years ago and the quality was good and still going well. I recently had purchased a pair of Colleen Earrings, the size is slightly than I thought, but quality wise, still very excellent. So I decided to get my dream purple fresh water pear bracelet, the color is less purple than the image, but still beautiful and it also changes color under different lights. I really enjoy wearing it! Good value for money, too.

I purchased a pendant and earrings for my daughter for her wedding and they are exquisite! Absolutely high quality, stunning Heirloom pieces. Her little girls also wore small pale pink pearl studs from Pearls Only as flower girls - so very gorgeous! I am so grateful to PearlsOnly as I was able to afford these to gift to my daughter and her daughters... so much so, that I even got to wear Black Pearls - yes.. also from Pearls Only to the wedding too!

They send me empty parcel. I paid 400€ and box was empty. SCAMERS, I already dispute and have to visit police maybe.

Purchased earrings in jersey, not cheap, never wore them as unable to actually get through my ears, have been in the box since until I went to try again, the gold has turned a peculiar blue colour, emailed Just pearls and guess what never heard back!!!!! Don’t buy anything if that’s the sort of customer service you can expect, waste of money,

I bought beautiful earrings to wear for my 60th birthday

Bought a set (necklace, earrings and bracelet) for my sons wedding. They arrived in good time and are absolutely beautiful and excellent qualty!! Will be purchasing a ring to match asap :)

First of all I couldn't believe the price! I was apprehensive about buying the bracelet as knew I'd seen similar ones in various jewellers for so much more, but when my beautiful pearl bracelet arrived, I couldn't have been more delighted! It is gorgeous!

I purchased my pearls for my daughters wedding 18 months ago a bracelet and necklace I was super pleased with them . I have worn these about 4 times once for the wedding and 3 times to dinner they have never be worn no more than an hr or two each time and goes straight back into the box . Upon wearing the pearls to dinner at a winery last week the bracelet fell off my wrist . Upon examining it the little metal crash that hooks round has completely snapped off . I wrote and asked them what could they do to help me and their reply was pay $45 to get it mended, as it’s out of warranty. I am refusing to pay this as I have only worn it 4 times and it shouldn’t just snap after 4 times . Yes I understand my warranty is over but come on . it’s not something I would wear everyday just special occasions . I said maybe it’s an inferior weakness in the bend of the metal clasp and they should look at a better clasp because this should not happy . Dress jewelry from the dollar store lasts longer . Like I said no complaints about the actual pearls they r beautiful but the clasp should last longer that wearing it 4 times . I was going to get a matching ring but I am thinking twice about ordering from you again .

Pearls are beautiful. Bought them for my birthday, absolutely love them. Exactly as it shows in the picture on their website. They come with certificate. What I like the most is the available information that can help you decide. Service is fast and communication is excellent.

Easy website to use and to order. Good communication back once order is placed. Arrived when stated, carefully packaged and attractively boxed.

This is my second purchase and my son has also made a purchase. The web site is very easy to use with good advice and descriptions about the pearls. The delivery was extremely fast. Love that they come with a valuation certificate for insurance purposes. Other included extras are also a great touch. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

I had no need to worry about buying pearl earrings on line. When they arrived the were beautiful. They also came with a pouch to keep them in and a lot of information. I am now looking at the range again.

My Wife wanted a string of Pearls for all occasions. Found what she wanted on PearlsOnly.com , must say she is extremely pleased with both the style and quality, they really do look the part. Purchase process was smooth, arriving on time together with three further nice pearl gifts. Genuine company, would purchase from them again.

I was originally little apprehensive about buying expensive pearl earrings online without first seeing them but I needn’t have worried as I have had a very good experience and am very happy with my Akoya stud earrings. I would happily recommend and use PearlsOnly again. As soon as I ordered I was given a receipt with contact details and an address in the Uk. The receipt showed the identification number of the pearls. I didn’t have any queries but I felt that I could have contacted them at any stage.
The pearls were delivered by signed for Royal Mail (free postage) and included an insurance certificate giving more information about the purchase.
Interestingly they sent me some reject pearls to show the different qualities.
My Akoya pearls are lovely and were very reasonably priced compared with other websites.

I've bought two pairs of earrings with pearls both stunning! I was so happy with my purchase that I've placed a new order! The order took approximately 10 days to arrive, but the wait was well worth it! Excellent customer service as well! I'd definitely recommend PearlsOnly

Poor quality pearls and service

They were very poor in their communication and sent several emails all with different information leading me not understand when the item was coming, they then also made a mistake and the delivery was delayed beyond what they promised me on the phone. When speaking to them directly they were very rude and aggressive using diversionary tactics that it wasn’t their department and need to speak to someone else just wasting my time.

When I did finally receive the pearls, they looked nothing like the ones on the website, they were of a completely different shape and quality and was told this is what I should of expected due to the class/grade – but if that was true why did their website have pictures of completely different pearls??

I would also like to state that I had ordered pearls of the exact same class/grade from another website that were of much better quality and were identical to their website picture.

They then argued with me over their quality and over the returns process, the website very clearly had the wording “Free Returns”, though apparently this means they don’t charge you for returning items – and not that they can be returned for free – something which would be illegal in the UK market in any case.

I would never use them again, they have zero concern over the fact they are misleading from the get go, they purposely mislead on their products/quality by using better pictures on their website than of their actual products, they mislead on free returns – despite it being mentioned multiple times and they couldn’t care less about their 100% customer satisfaction statement.

Bought a Pearl necklace set for my wife for Christmas 2022, the purchase was originally made on 30/10/2022, so in plenty of time for Christmas.
The clasp (what they call a fish hook clasp) broke yesterday 08/03/2023, ABSOLUTE CRAP !!! Just like their customer service, they don't offer a repair service only a 90 day return service.
When you purchase an item in advance you expect good service, how wrong !!!
NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
