Two bathroom cabinets
I ordered two bathroom cabinets. The items arrived promptly and undamaged, as you'd expect but can't always guarantee! They look and feel a decent quality too, so I'm happy with them and PGs service.

DO NOT USE.....
Where do I start... my first order with Pebble Grey was meant to be delivered over 3 consecutive days and on the final day it arrived but was broken. I contacted the customer service for an exchange but the item was out of stock. I had to dispose of the item as they didn't want it back and no one at customer service informed me that it could be collected. Full refund given. I waited for the item to come back into stock and reordered it assuming this was a one off issue. Don't be fooled into reordering... The item was meant to be delivered over many days and didn’t arrive. I had many calls and emails with customer service whose standard response is that the courier is struggling with the number of deliveries due to the time of year - it wasn't even December! Apparently the courier is one of only a few who can or are willing to deliver the fragile items. They clearly can't deliver the fragile items though because not only do they take days to deliver with little communication, my second order arrived in a more smashed up state than the first one, so much so that pieces of glass dropped out before I'd even opened the sellotape. Needless to say I have to request another refund by filling in a form... I won't be ordering again. I have now bought from John Lewis and the packaging held the mirror in it's place in the box without any movement and hey presto it isn't broken.
If you want a mirror delivered in one piece, DO NOT USE Pebble Grey!!

I am only giving four stars, because the courier, didn't deliver on time, and that caused me a great deal of problems, at least I got a full refund, because I want prepared to wait another day, as it would have cost me more money then I had planned

Purchased 2 wall recessed cabinets
Purchased 2 wall recessed cabinets. 1 could not be recessed as expected so we returned it without any fuss and PG refunded me quickly. In place of it we then purchased a wall mounted cabinet. Blyth items look amazing , have nice features and were reasonably priced. Can't fault PB and will definitely be the first place I go to on my next project for mirrors

Item arrived smashed.
Item arrived smashed. I cut my hands opening it and repackaging it!
Customer service not particularly understanding and no apologies - it should have gone in bin, but I had to arrange a return to get the money back. Opening and repackaging it with all the broken glass was dangerous and messy.
Really negative experience.

Mirror was as expected
Mirror was as expected. One tiny flaw in the top corner of the glass but not easily noticeable. Delivery was efficient. Installed easily but I do think manufacturers could supply a plug and socket where one end could be affixed in the void portion of the back OR a socket in the electrical enclosure.
