Not great. First cabinet arrived with a manufacturing defect in the wiring between the door and the cabinet. That was replaceed quickly - but the replacement has now faulted just outside the 12 month standard guarantee. They give a 10 year guarntee if you send in a certificate apparently, but won;t stand by the 10 years if you haven't done that. So as it stands 2 cabinets both faulty within 13 months and refusing to do any replacement. I guess they are a good company - like everyone else - until something goes wrong.

As advised, our extended 10-year guarantee is activated upon registration and submission of the guarantee certificate at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, without this registration, we are only able to offer support within the standard 12-month guarantee period.

THE GUARANTEE MIGHT NOT BE WHAT YOU THINK
Total disappointment with the LED bathroom mirror I purchased less than 2 yrs ago, it has now started to show deterioration around the edge. After looking at the website it says they give a 2 yr guarantee, unfortunately after reporting my issue they came back saying this could happen with either cleaning products or moisture and these issues are not covered by their guarantee.
In a bathroom it would be totally impossible not to have moisture and as I do not use glass cleaner they have gone down this route to get of the guarantee. So beware the GUARANTEE MIGHT NOT COVER WHAT YOU MAY THINK IT SHOULD

We would, however, like to clarify that our guarantee terms, which are available on our website, state that deterioration relating to environmental factors such as moisture exposure and cleaning products is covered for 12 months only.

I was so pleased to find the perfect mirror on Pebble Grey. It was so east to hang as it had a French cleat. I had never heard of a French cleat but it allowed me to hang the mirrror without the worry that it would fall and break

Mirrored cabinet arrived with a badly cracked mirror. The box it came in had obviously made previous journeys and wasn’t structurally up to the job of offering protection. While there was no hassle getting a refund, the whole thing was a waste of time and tied up funds unnecessarily. Wouldn’t bother ordering from this company again.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience. I attempted to purchase a bathroom cabinet online after receiving an email offering an additional 5% discount, only to find that the code did not work.
When I tried to contact customer support, I was left waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes before being redirected to an answering machine. This has left me questioning the reliability of the company—both in terms of accessibility and the validity of their promotional offers.
Sending out discount codes that do not work only undermines customer trust and creates unnecessary frustration.

Ordered 2 Pebble Grey Kali mirrors. These came with the words ‘Pebble Grey’ engraved in the actual mirror under the on/off button. The writing is not shown in product images and is quite tacky… contacted the company to check if there’s a way to remove the engraved text and had no response…
