Very pleased with the pen. Service 1st class. Staff very helpful when I made a mistake with the order. I had the wrong initials that were to be engraved on the pen. This was all sorted out for me. Delivery was made very quickly. Good company to deal with. Will shop with this company again

Excellent service, ordered a set of two pens late afternoon with engraving and it arrived the next day. Opted for wrapping too and it all arrived beautifully wrapped and spare refils ordered, came in a lovely pouch.
