I got a letter from TM legal services saying I have a debt with E-On and threaten with a CCJ saying Perch capital vs Me, and I investigated and found out a shop somewhere in Bury which I never knew, in-fact I went to see who the hell this is and found shop was closed and it was my first time in that area and they put my name in someone else debt, I am surely going to take them into court for this misleading and stress they causing me. They definitely seems a gang of scammers.

I made an initial complaint to Perch which I then had to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Despite admitting errors and inaccurate reporting, Perch have failed to uphold any part of my complaint or accept meaningful accountability. My credit file still has not been corrected, despite repeated assurances demonstrating they do not care.

Perch has caused significant distress through inaccurate credit reporting, poor communication and repeated errors. I have never missed a payment, yet incorrect information has put my mortgage application at risk. The £100 compensation offered is offensive and does not reflect the seriousness of what has happened.

I am also going to be raising my concerns with the ICO regarding the handling of my personal data. My experience has been one of continual misinformation, broken promises and a complete lack of customer care.

This can all be rectified with Perch updating my credit file with the correct information and acknowledgment of their absolute catalogue of errors.

I have had this company show up out of nowhere on my credit report saying I owe money for a car finance from 19 Apr 2023. Ive never owned a car. Also they purchased a sim card debt that I was told would be cancelled which is why I never continued with the contract.

I can't thank the lady that I spoke to enough after today's phone call. I had explained my past situation as to how I had got into the debt they were trying to get payment for and how I had had some other debts written off due to my circumstances at the time. It was hard for me to speak about it but I managed to, and after about 5 mins of talking she said she needed to speak to a senior manager. She came back and said that the debt was written off and I didn't have to worry about it. My experience with these and other debt collection agencies and debtors are usually good. You just have to be honest and explain stuff and they do listen. Thankyou again, you've no idea what a relief it was to have you listen.

I do not have a reference number with Perch Capital or TM Legal, because I am not their customer and would never be one.

Company not giving proper answer and blame which payment what for not clearfy anything and put in bed credit

3 times i called these to pay off another final payment for the THIRD time for a phone bill i had 10 years ago! Got cut off every time I mentioned wanting confirmation that once again I paid I would recieve it in writing that I owed nothing else moving forward incase they were again to contact me with another bill!!

Obtained a CCJ for a statute barred debt and sent correspondence to a previous address. Very convenient set of "oopsy daisy" moments from them. Some would say it could be deliberate.

Had a call from a lovely lady called Deborah who took the time to help me set up a payment plan. She was absolutely wonderful and so empathetic with my situation and nothing was too much trouble for her. Payment plan now in place thank you

Disgusting company who failed to follow the practices FCA using bully tactics to get me to accept a debt that isn’t mine: they can’t prove it is mine and this had been going on for years it’s also statue barred debt so now I’m going to prove they are in the wrong they still put a default on my credit report . The ombudsman and FCA are taking action I’m awaiting further investigation: don’t let them get away with it. I have sent cease and desist letter they ignored me. I also sent a prove it letter again I am
Sure they will just ignore me. It goes around in circles account on hold for 60 days cooling off and then the harassment starts again.. I’m not ignoring them I have asked them to prove the debt and refer to the creditor but I just get ignored. Do your research and fight back .

These first class scum really have no limits at all!!!!!! used a solicitor’s to send a notice to the executor of the estate of the late Philip Turnbull !!!!!!
Well guess what scum here in public I demand a full written apology and agreement never to contact me again through any agency whatsoever !!!!!
Police… action fraud and the fca have been notified of your unscrupulous conduct!!!!
