I have needed to claim on my insurance for my 8 year old dog and the process has gone smoothly and the insurance have paid out a large chunk of the bill. I am very thankful this claim has been dealt with and paid without any issue so thank you. I have been left with 20% to pay myself which is still a large amount of money but I am just thankful they have paid the rest. Would be 5 stars if the whole bill had been paid

Although they have a menu to go through they always answer calls either immediately or very short 1 to 2 min wait. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and want to go that extra mile to ensure a positive experience. This hasn’t been my experience with previous Pet Insurance companies.

I comparison shopped the renewal of my existing policy thinking I had found a cheaper price for the same cover. The Perfect Pet advisor (Nancy) did an excellent job explaining the differences and resulted in my retaining my Perfect Pet cover

Extremely helpful and easy to deal with

I have been a loyal Perfect Pet Insurance customer for years, so I never expected to be treated the way I have been when I finally needed to make a claim.
After paying my premiums faithfully for all these years, I was extremely disappointed to find that when it came time for Perfect Pet Insurance to actually provide the cover I had been paying for, they seemed to find every possible reason to avoid paying out.
The whole claims process has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling that being a loyal customer means very little when you actually need your insurance. You pay your premiums with the expectation that, should something happen to your pet, you will have the support and financial protection you've been paying for.
Instead, I have been left feeling let down, frustrated and completely disillusioned with the company.
