1st order LOST, no contact, "replacement" out of stock - NO COMMUNICATION FROM YOU
This is the replacement I had to order because my original order was lost or damaged by the delivery company. My original order was made in early February. I received to different 6x6x9 boxes that each had TINY SAMPLES - such a waste of funds, environment etc. I never received the actual order. I was never informed that it was lost in transit. I had to send a message for someone to offer a refund or replacement. I asked for replacement. I was told I would receive notification once it was shipped. I again received a sample in a large box. Followed up again. Was sent a message from customer service telling me the shipment was delivered on 04/13. In the message it clearly states next to the item I ordered "out of stock item can be refunded now" I was never notified that it was out of stock. I was not refunded. I was not offered alternatives. I have sent at least ten messages in the last 22 days with absolutely no progress. In a last ditch effort to keep using your company I did a new order. I have requested a refund for the original order. I would really appreciate an actual person review the messages on my account and contact me about the absolute abysmal customer service. I will follow up if I have not received a message confirming refund.
